I work here, the boss doesn't wear any gloves while making pizzas nor does he wash them. The place is a bit dirty and old but its alright, I don't recommend coming here unless if I'm there, I wash my hands then put gloves on the make pizzas. See less

Guys guys guys wow!Pasta had more salt in it than an anchovies you no what and parma was burnt beyond regognition.Chips were yellow for what ever reason aswell.Seriously if you want to continue in this game yous need to have a long hard look at yourselves.rang sevaral times after pickup but no answer.will be calling in soon to have a chat. It seems they have a whole bunch of new staff. Also the bbq chicken pizza with pineapple was the best I'm very happy with the service I have received when I made my order 10/10 would recommend the pizza is awesome tasting will definitely buy again See less

Great work from the 2 staff that were working on their own under extremely business circumstances without support from management. A number of times customers were informed of long delay due to staff shortage, but they still coped abuse. There is no need for it in these times. Pizzas & pasta were absolutely fantastic, I'll be ordering again from them. See less

Pizza was terrible was told 20 minutes pick up it will be ready waited another 30 minutes after getting there. The base looked like they just got water and flour and made a base it was hard and discussing won't go back there again, waste of $60 on pizza when I complained they said it's cause they were busy. My pizza was badly burnt on top and underneath. It was black. I rang the store. They are all just kids working there. The Adult manager handed the phone to a young teenager who could understand English. I went back to the store with my pizza. Very unhappy. The Indian manager fronted me. He said we don't do refunds. I said im sorry myself and my children can't eat this. I'ts burnt. He made me beg him to make a new pizza. Never again!!! See less

We regularly order from Jessie’s pizza and most of the time enjoy it usually the garlic bread is burnt but it’s fine however someone in our household has an allergy and we have in the past asked to remove that ingredient from our pizza in the past we have found small piece of it still on the pizza but had not resulted in a bad reaction.However on this occasion I ordered through menu log and when you place the order the app says call the restaurant and tell them about allergies. We called and let them know, the delivery arrived on time and warm, unfortunately the pizza had the allergen on it. I called and was told I had to order a can of coke through Uber pay for it and all the associated fees to get our pizza quickly or wait for the replacement pizza to arrive. It’s been now over an hour and we still haven’t got the replacement pizza. I have called 3 times now and the phone is off the hook I understand that you are busy but doesn’t help how I feel about all this. Very disappointed as normally you guys are really good. Just thought you would prioritise fixing a mistake if you had this would of been a different review that’s for sure. Really poor effort Jessie’s! See less

First time I have been here, ordered the Garlic Focacia (Cheese Garlic Pizza), BBQ Chicken and Penne Carbonara pasta. Good pizza's, really liked that pizza's not too oily... flavour was good, the pasta was nice too... a really enjoyable meal for our take-out night. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you.. 2 whole hours for 1 pizza from a store a mere 15 minutes away is outrageous, even on a busy night an hour would be the most I'd anticipate to wait for my food to be delivered. The customer service was also an added displeasure when calling for an updated ETA on our dinner the staff were unapologetic and unwilling to listen to the customers which was clearly displayed when I was hung up on not once but twice mid sentence. When the food did finally arrive, the quality, appearance and taste were dismal. I also expect when paying extra for added amounts of toppings and sauces to genuily see the difference my money has acquired. Never will I be a customer of Jesse's pizza hoppers crossing again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I'm a big supporter in independent local businesses but honestly I would have rathered gone and wasted my money on some overly processed, unnatural, preserveitive filled domino's. See less

While it might be good value and quick, sadly you get what you pay for. Plenty of toppings but next to no flavour, which is a shame. I’m afraid this will be my only visit, I’ll have to find another local pizza place. See less
