2 whole hours for 1 pizza from a store a mere 15 minutes away is outrageous, even on a busy night an hour would be the most I'd anticipate to wait for my food to be delivered. The customer service was also an added displeasure when calling for an updated ETA on our dinner the staff were unapologetic and unwilling to listen to the customers which was clearly displayed when I was hung up on not once but twice mid sentence. When the food did finally arrive, the quality, appearance and taste were dismal.
I also expect when paying extra for added amounts of toppings and sauces to genuily see the difference my money has acquired. Never will I be a customer of Jesse's pizza hoppers crossing again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I'm a big supporter in independent local businesses but honestly I would have rathered gone and wasted my money on some overly processed, unnatural, preserveitive filled domino's. See less
