Won't deliver very far (not Leonay or Penrith) on Uber Eats, Menulog or Doordash. The food is excellent but pick-up is difficult as there is no parking nearby as it is right next to the Hospital. It's a shame as they are missing out on lots of $ business. See less

Ordered via menulog. The worst meal I have ever received. The chicken was soggy and barely cooked, the curry sauce was cold, the rice was claggy. The sushi rolls were tiny and flavourless. I wouldn't feed my dog this food. See less

I've had Crispy Jim before and it never disappoints. The reason for the review is I ordered via menulog. I stood outside the whole time waiting and it never arrived. I insisted on the company calling the driver but this request was refused. Was really looking forward to this for dinner tonight See less

The food is really nice, it’s always fresh and the meats are tender and cooked well. They always use plenty of sauces and the portions are good sizes. I did notice that when asking to amend an item in any way (even just less sauce) it’s not fulfilled. It’ll ever have the normal amount or none so I wouldn’t suggest making any amendments to any items. Overall I would recommend eating here, it is enjoyable and the foods good. See less

Long story short: delicious, so very delicious Short story long: I've always been past this place, have always been so curious but today my partner was like "let's do it" and after we did a quick shop, we dropped by to finally test it. Normally, I'm all for a Chicken Katsu Don but this place, unlike the others, it had a Tonkatsu dish, so of course I had to try the Tonkatsu don. It was delicious, like oh my god, I would have regretted not trying this cause I just absolutely love it. My partner had the Chicken Kaarage Bento, bit of a bite but very tasty. The Takoyaki is large and tasty. Also had to try the Honey Soy Fried Chicken. Def worth grabbing that cause it was just a perfect addition to the meal. The staff was rather kind and really felt so welcomed. I really glad I tried it out and will be back again. Also, the price is just right for me, especially with some nice little menu gems that set it above the ones in the area. Def will eat here again. See less

I know this is a Japanese restaurant, but, if your craving K food, then this place is the best 🥰 We have absolutely fallen in love with the bulgogi Donburi, the Benton boxes and the kimchi fried rice. Don't be discouraged if the dishes look like a small serving on the images, it is nothing but a small serving. Everything is so tasty and filling! Wonderful customer service on top of that. See less

disinterested staff, no acknowledgement for a long time and Some of the worst Karaage I have ever eaten. not crispy, very pale.. its like barely touched the fryer and zero flavour. I have driven past this many times and often wondered if its any good. now I know. just keep driving. See less

Flavours of the crab nigiri were beautiful and on point, however the rice was so over seasoned with vinegar/rice wine that my rolls and nigiri tasted too sour to enjoy it was extremely over powering - passed to my partner as I thought it was just me but unfortunately it just was not palatable for either of us. I feel let down because the price is so high and the quality was poor, I feel I could have gotten better at a sushi takeaway for a quarter of the price. My order was always missing our drinks.
