The meat here is simply outstanding. Melt in your mouth goodness. Good selection of fried chicken and other kbbq staples. Chestnut makgeolli was also quite yummy. Highly recommended. Only downside is the lack of banchan. They also charge 10$ extra for leaves which seemed a bit steep. Short staffed even though we went on a weeknight meant we have to check on our order a few times. Staff were very friendly and professional but clearly under the pump. See less

We came here for dinner with our friends and we really enjoyed our first visit. BBQ meat was really juicy and tender and all other food was so good.(we loved the fried chicken) They give you lots of sides that you can eat with the meat which was very nice. The restaurant was really busy so we had 90 minutes time limit. All dishes came out pretty quick so you shouldn’t be rushed eating everything. I recommend if you meet friends there, wait outside for them and go in together, so can save your seating time. We will definitely come back ! See less

Very clean and new, the quality of meats for bbq was excellent. Fried chicken a bit dry. Gets very busy even on weeknights- recommend booking. Service was lovely when you could speak to a staff member but they were flat out and maybe tables took 40+mins to clear as there wasn’t enough staff. Biggest disappointment was no refillable sides (no sides except shallot salad) and no kimchi! Bbq lettuce leaves was $10 for refill 💸 See less

Great Korean BBQ resturant !! We had some rib fingers, brisket, and pork jaw for BBQ. And some fried chicken and pancake. They use actually charcoal for BBQ which you don't see often in Canberra. They beef was great and fatty in a good way. The pork jaw was a surprise. So juicy and tender. Side dishes were good as well. Overall, very happy dinning experience and would certainly come back again. Recommend to book in advance tho as it gets really busy on weekends. See less

Finally we have a kbbq restaurant in belconnen areas. Food and service was decent. Free steamed egg was a bonus but could have been better if they had set menu and refillable side dishes. See less

Great new Korean BBQ restaurant located in Bruce. The menu had a great variety of Korean dishes at reasonable prices. The food was all delicious, the cuts of meat for the bbq were all very fresh and we got a great range of little side dishes and sauces. The staff were all very pleasant, and the interior is very nice. Will definitely be back. See less

The food was delicious! We ordered pork belly and marinated beef, as well as boneless fried chicken and a rice noodle dish and everything was incredible. We left very full but just couldn't stop eating. The restaurant was well set up and very pretty but somewhat loud. Parking nearby was difficult to find but persist and you'll find it's worth it! We really enjoyed the meal :) We ordered cold noodles, bibimbap, and meat, and everything was perfect. Bibimbap was my favorite style and the meat was well seasoned, so we ate them full. The staff was kind and the interior of the restaurant was tidy and comfortable. I want to visit again later :) See less

JoA only opened last week but they are already well on the way to cementing themselves into the Bruce area as a great dining experience. The range of dishes is amazing and the staff are very helpful and polite. Ready to explain everything and answer any questions you might have. It was my daughter's first Korean BBQ experience and we will definitely be back soon. See less

The dish that really impressed me was the cold noodle. That was extremely amazing and deserved a go for anyone who hasn’t tried. I have tried many Korean restaurants and this one has the best chicken dishes. The service was as good as other restaurants. The BBQ sauces were unique and tasty. However, the price is not very affordable but still acceptable. See less
