Was a regular here ordering from Menulog 1-2 times a week unfortunately, it’s gone down hill. Last night we ordered at 6:45pm and food wasn’t delivered till 9:20pm. Order was missing garlic pizza didn’t bother contacting restaurant as it seems they don’t care anyway. Terrible service will not return and after leaving a review on Menulog will never order through them again. You leave a honest review and they leave your star rating but don’t publish the comments. Menulog is a dishonest company that covers up for the incompetence of restaurants. Good pizza but not the only one in the area will be ordering elsewhere in the future. See less

Always delicious, fresh, non-sloppy pizza. Consistently impressed. Best in the Langwarrin/Frankston area for sure. Also we recently went to pick up an order on an extra busy public holiday night, where they were one of the only takeaways open in the area, and they were running a bit late with orders and were absolutely under the pump. I witnessed all the staff being so supportive and encouraging towards each other, and management being very gracious, kind and apologetic towards the waiting customers, and I think this speaks volumes about what they’re like as a business and as people. Love to support local legends like that, especially when they do such good pizza! See less

1 hour and 40 minutes wait so far. I have never even eaten at this place before and I'm already angry with their level of service and accountability. I called the shop and was told our food was "just going in now" ??? 1 hour and 40 minutes wait and they haven't even started cooking it! Disgusting, I don't care what it tastes like, I'll never give them my money again. ***Update*** food was cold when it arrived. Garlic bread was thin base and not the deep pan as ordered, meatball pizza had a super sweet sauce all over it making it taste relly weird. Wings were burnt and stuck to the tray they came in. Delivery driver told us when we called next the owner would give us a credit due to lateness. News flash - I'll never use that credit because the whole experience was so BAD. See less

Sorry to give you 1star rating . But Today I ordered a family pizza and meatballs pasta. Pizza was alright but pasta was the worst food I ever tasted. You should take it off your Manu or fire the person who cooked it ! Order number #1047 . Very very disappointed See less

Extremely disappointed with the overall service. We placed an order through Menulog at around 6pm, the order was meant be delivered at 7.15pm. We get a call from the restaurant just after 7.15pm saying they didn’t have the ingredients(prawns) for the pizza we ordered, when questioned about why it took them over 45mins to let us know, they were pretty inconsiderate in their communication basically told us it is what it is. The new delivery time was 8pm but since we had already paid and waited for so long, we thought we’d wait till 8pm. At 8pm we still didn’t have our order. When we called the restaurant back to tell them we still haven’t received our order the gentleman who I spoke to was telling me how busy they were and to basically get a refund from Menulog and that he can give us $30 store credit, to be honest he came across like he just wanted get off the phone and wasn’t helpful at all. Turns out that they either gave the driver wrong order or the driver delivered our order to the wrong address. Not sure who to believe the restaurant or Menulog In the future I will order from a different store. What I realised was at least with Dominos/Pizza I will get some customer service. See less

Service was ok and mostly friendly. Pizza base was a bit thick and salty. Topping had no flavour at all and we had 4 different types of pizzas. Was ok for a public holiday when we didnt want to cook after a big day. Would not go back or put high on my recommendations list. See less

Guys if you are going to offer gluten free bases on your menu actually provide them. And dont ask if we can order a normal base coeliac disease or gluten intolerance isnt a choice or something you can just shake off. We tried to order ribs for our coeliac family member instead but out of them too. We were long time customers here and we were going to be making a large order for my dads birthay tonight but we went elsewhere and because this has happened 3 times now we will never order from here again See less

The male staff are friendly 🙂 Only thing I could possibly complain about is a female delivery driver smashing her car door straight into my car and causing damage a few years ago and no one would give me any details because it was her ‘personal car’. I ordered a lasagna, a bbq meat lovers pizza and a strawberry cheesecake. The lasagna was basically soup when I received it, because there was only 2 lasagna sheets in it and was so salty I couldn't even finish it, the pizza was practically all sauce with minimal toppings on it and the cheesecake was frozen solid! Definitely won't be buying from here again. See less

Five Stars! Great staff! So friendly. Always say hello. Their pizza dogs are amazing! (Hot dog rolled up in pizza dough filled with pizza toppings- $8.90 includes a can of drink). They also don't charge extra for extra toppings. Get a Hawaiian and add mushrooms and jalapenos. Go nuts. Great prices too! About $25 for 2 large pizzas, garlic bread and a 1.25l drink. Haven't ever had it delivered but it seems their fees are very reasonable for that service. Go say hi and get a volcano with pineapple! See less
