This place used to be great. Now, absolutely disgraceful. This tiny schnitzel was $8. $8!!! It's not particularly good, yet they charge twice as much as other places nearby. That was the last time I'm going there. Suggest you avoid. See less

Disappointed with the customer service, despite the fact that there were lot's of good reviews on google, my partner and I came to check it out. Basically we ordered food and once ready we asked if we could eat in since there were tables available, the response was to 'eat very quickly because other customers are comming' although the place was empty, no bookings and only 3 hours until they close? All takeaway place's usually let you eat in with no time limit.  Other staff were quite rude too. Overall food was average and there are much better takeaways in Canberra. Thanks See less

I ordered fish & chips. Food was way too hot in temperature, almost to boiling point. Eating food like that is dangerous. Service was also with a snarl. I gave one extra star for the food being tasty after having to huff & puff on it to cool it down so I could eat it. See less

Delicious pizza! They close at 8pm but still took my order over the phone at 7:30. The toppings are so thick unlike the pizza chain's only spray paint the ingredient ~ it is greasy but just go for a run/swim then you will be right! See less

Bad experience, horrible customer service. They said 15 minute wait. Took AN HOUR and they made my order wrong. Had perishable groceries in the car... ruined... so angry I literally gave my dinner to the dog. Never going back. *Edit: I still haven't gone back here, however a number of friends have. They have reported similar experiences, once the lady gave their order to another customer and then blamed my friend. He had to wait another 30 minutes for his burger and chips. Basically, if you want pizza, go to Forbes Corrvena up the road (our one of the many other pizza joints in the area), if you want a burger, and you want it within the hour, try out Hughes take away or try one of the many burger joints up the road in woden. *Edit Again: Rumor has it this place has now shut down. I don't believe in this review writing business. If you have a problem with what you have received then take it up personally with management. I will be trying this local business through word of mouth I have only heard positive accolades. When I place my order over the phone I was not aware of what they had on their menu although they were extremely busy the gentleman was extremely helpful. 4 stars for phone service I will keep you posted with regards to our pizza order when I collect it. Wish I could give it 0 stars I travel and eat out a lot and have never been so motivated to leave a review. This is my first and only. It was quite simply one of the worst eating experiences of my life. I can't speak of the pizza or burgers but the calamari and fish is shockingly bad. at $1 per ring I figured it would be real calamari, nope, it's fake frozen extender crap. The fish is very thin and is basa. Rubbery slimy basa. I pushed through and ate my serve, my wife however was unable to eat either the fish or the calamari. I wish I had thrown mine out too as I feel pretty unwell now. The chips are actually ok, but at $4.50 for a minimum serve, they're hardly good value. I don't know how this place survives as surely no one would go back a second time. I feel like I've been scammed. How can that stuff be sold as calamari when it's not? And the pain in my stomach is real and lingering. Please don't go See less

Big pizzas, lots of toppings, obviously greasy but that's part of the appeal. A bit bland after a couple of slices but also quite filling in those couple of slices. Good service and priced about what is expected from a greasy takeaway. Chips with chicken salt and gravy was excellent. See less

Definitely the best Pizza's in Canberra, plus friendly efficient service. After I posted I saw really bad ratings - maybe they had relief staff on or something for those who had a bad experience. I've always liked them because they are NOT greasy and over-cheesed. See less

Very average. Quite a stodgy pizza base with far too much cheese. The kids were spitting it out because they couldn't swallow the thick cheese. Not traditional in any way, definitely a "Greasy Lil's" style pizza. Family pizza was a very large size but the small was tiny. Supreme was far too spicy for the kids, the chicken, ham and pineapple had the most cheese I've ever seen on a pizza, quite greasy. Would not go again. See less
