I don’t know what kind of chicken you put in my chicken fillet burger last night but it was NOT original KFC it tasted so bad so I had to spit it out. I looked at it and saw some kind of chicken with black grilled type lines on it. Have you changed your product? If you have I won’t be back. If you run out of product just say you haven’t got any. I have learnt over time that if you don't ask for salt on the chips you don't get salt. I even asked for salt at this KFC and still didn't get salt and told the person there that it's gotta be the easiest thing ever to do shake a salt shaker but they can't even do that. So guess what next time I went NO SALT AGAIN. I can't believe it I blame management for this cause it happens at every KFC but this one they can't even do it when you remind them they must do it on purpose or the just hire real real dumb people. To start with the management, manager herself was so rude and was not ready to listen anything. Rest the food served was cold, greesy despite asking for fresh preparation. The whole team is slow. I would like to cater the attention of the store owners here, if they want to get good outcomes please consider to check on the management as well. See less

Just want to say thankyou to the guy who served us through the drive through on Friday night...as we drove off and left the carpark he came running out with one of our burgers to give to us which was quite nice of him to make sure we got our full order. Thankyou, I didn't get the name but hopefully someone might know who he was. See less

Most KFC outlets tend to serve up very greasy fried chicken, however this one gets it right even on cheap Tuesday. Succulent, perfectly cooked, scrummy KFC. Despite today being cheap Tuesday with the usual queue of around 10 plus cars, we were driving away with our KFC in less than 10 minutes. Great service and great tasting food. See less

Standard of cleanliness can be seen in the pictures. We were sitting there for over an hour (not by choice) and didn't saw any staff even bothered to clean the tables. The food (bucket) i ordered came after about 20 mins, was fried in burnt oil and smelled/tasted terrible. Showed it to the store manager who offered to replace it but advised for another wait for about 15 mins (which actually turned out to be around 30 mins). By that that evening/mood was ruined enough so picked up my order and had it at home later. See less

I love take away food especially KFC, I have been to many of their stores around the country and never written a review. i don't normally write reviews for fast food stores but this one I had to. i was served by two ladies, Kat and Jasmine i think their names were.... best customer service i have had in any KFC anywhere!
