I went just before they closed at KFC belco food court. Will who's the manager was extremely helpful in honoring the $15 dinner deal that has 9 pcs of chicken. Will was polite and explained what he can do instead of what he can. Good on ya Will. Keep up the good work. See less

Myself and 3 others stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes without any of the staff acknowledging us or taking our order. Dont blame the younger staff either, the managers should be ensuring the store is running somewhat smoothly. See less

Store is closing at 10pm but couldn't put the order through the app at 8.15pm. Drove to the store but still didn’t place the order as most of the menu items were finished. Wondering what were they serving for the rest of the night!!! See less

Disgusted.. tried ordering online. Said my order would arrive at 5.40pm. At 5.36pm I’m contacted to say that kfc has no wings I’ve ordered. Then I asked for tenders instead, which they also said they didn’t have.. As I was replying to say what I will take so my daughter doesn’t starve.. they cancel my order!! contacting Cristina at KFC told me that the order had been cancelled by the deliverY company.. However the delivery company stated that KFC cancelled the order!! Either way I have no chicken... Poor disgusting service on all ends! See less

The two young girls that work regularly at the front are always chating and laughing between themselves even when it is extremely busy and have gotten my order wrong and wrong on multiple ocasions/different times!! Sometimes twice in the same order! They are too busy having an amusing conversation between themselves rather than being even a little bit focused or caring/considerate on the food we as customers pay for. When they got my order wrong today and i came back to the counter with it they took it back off me to be re-served again. I really think they need better training even for fast food- Kfc is my favourite comfort food but I'm really not sure if I'll be back after multiple times of this at the belconnen site. See less

The Westfield Belconnen food court's KFC is usually quite busy, enabling a ~5 minute wait most days, but they're extremely efficient, and always deliver high quality burgers, fries, and chicken, as KFC is known for. Definately worth the money with if you're looking for good value, high quality food, this is the place to go. See less

two purchases made, both times there were 0 other customers. both times not a single thing was right about my order, never enough chips/no extra salt, i'm lucky to get the right burger, ordering a zinger stacker for the cheese and spice, only to get a limp plain zinger. no cheese, no spice. handed me a can for a large straight away, which i mentioned. will be avoiding in future, train your staff better. this is my worst kfc experience. I was served by the rudest kfc team member 20/09/2019 at 1930. She was rude to the older man in front of me. got my order wrong when i tried to correct her she told me i was wrong and rolled her eyes at me. got my order incorrect anyways. gave me chips with no salt and smallest piece of chicken i have ever seen.
