It's awkwardly cramped into a little corner and despite more than one entry, it's easily missed when you're looking for the entrance from Station Rd. If you're unfamiliar with the place, you might have no choice but to circle around - unless you cut through from the entries/exits for the shopping centre - because on Neale, what appears deceptively to be an entry/exit, is simply an exit only. All the experiences I can remember have generally been positive. There isn't a bad experience that I can recall. Don't always have what I want specifically, but nothing major. KFC & U 🙊 See less

this place is honestly horrible. i’m not sure how they’re still open. my brother and i ordered two simple zinger boxed meals and nuggets and coleslaw for my parents. the individual taking our order was extremely rude and completely missed the last half of our order. we adjusted that at the last window which is fine but we get home only to find out half of one of the boxed meals is missing. my brother took it back and they said we couldn’t give it without any proof. we had the receipt on us and the box was open at home. my father went back with the whole box and demanded a new meal because everything else had gone cold and soggy. the staff when they got there were extremely degrading and rude and refused to acknowledge the mistake they had made and continued to bicker and snicker about my father behind his back. they honestly don’t even deserve the 1 star because the customer service is worse than anything on this planet. if i could give it a 0 i would have plastered it everywhere. Change the bloody oil. Me and my wife fell sick after eating here. Pain in abdomen. Don't use oil until it gets bitter and stinks 😣. Train the staff properly. You won't save much money by using inedible oil. We come to buy fried chicken not oil soaked chicken. Everything comes from the supplier, all you need to do is frying the chicken to perfection. Send the manager to eat at KFC in Ballan service station. Learn something from them. See less
