I highly recommend ordering from your phone to skip the queue.
Sometimes, my order gets held back and made after in person customers order after me.
This brings my rating down a notch, due to some of their employees' roles in taking a longer time to make the order than if I was ordering in-person.
Over the years, I have reported a few employees (including managers) to their superiors over the phone and by email who have treated me poorly, due to race, a lack of their professionalism, and the handling of complaints.
However, every now and then I drop by for a quick snack and service has gotten better than how I remembered it.
Just make sure you don't order during peak hours and if you do, order early via phone so you can pick it up earlier, otherwise you will suffer. See less
