Last Saturday in the 22/01/2022, I was at KFC Dickson around 1.30pm. I bought quite a lot of food and a most pleasant young lady attended to me . I asked for a bag as I wanted to shop Around before going to the car . I asked for a bag n they only had smaller ones but she told he she would look for one in the store . She looked around and got me the only one available . Thank you for your kindness and excellent service with a smile 😊 See less

Bought a zingerbox and added 3 extra chicken wings for extra money. They told me the 3 extra pieces where in the box when i checked at home there was no extra pieces and i got scammed. See less

Ordered the 24 nuggets for $10 deal, but they only gave 21 nuggets. Chose 3 sweet & sour and 1 supercharged sauces for the nuggets, but they gave 4 BBQ sauces instead... On top of that, half of the nuggets' skin were separated from the meat. Also ordered a 3-piece box meal with 3 sides, only gave 2 sides. See less

I come to Dickson to get a Takeaway meal if I like a chicken meal. Were to go, to Dickson KFC for their famous Chicken dishes. They opened in Dickson around 1980s. still going there for my Takeaway, I go there for years. You can eat inside KFC or outdoor, Drive through, or Takeaway your meals. In 1960s start building the shops in Dickson, and a Hotel was built also, the name of the Hotel was the Dickson Hotel and Pub, was opened in 1960s, until it closed the doors in 1980s. Where is now the Petrol station on the corner of Badham Street and Antill Street, was the motel site and were now KFC site is, corner of the Woolley Street and Badham Street, was part of the building entrance and a car park. Didn't get our large order right. Missing two bread buns, and all the nugget sauces. The good part was that we got mostly drumsticks and Maryland pieces! Oh well, McDonald's do the same mistakes too. Service was super fast through drive thorough though. See less

Worst KFC I've ever had. I'd rather eat the bum off a low flying bin chicken than ever order from there again. Chewy chook, soggy chips, mash out of date, doubt the place has gotten any cleaner since last walking in there. STAY AWAY! See less

Can someone please teach the girl on drive through how to take an order! I got lunch there last week and had to repeat it 3 times and she still stuffed it up. Today went there again.same girl, same mistakes as last week but today the chicken was disgusting, it was dry and tasted like it was last weeks....this store should only rate 0 but you have to give one star to leave a review... I went couple of time to have my lunch and often order zinger box. Most of the time they dont have water in the meal. The next thing is I request every time to provide me fresh chips but they serve the same chips thats sitting there in warmer for long time. As i also work in fast food I believe the chips must not be served if it is more than 2-3 minutes old taken out from the oil. And see when I request for new fresh chips the amount of salt they added. This KFC gave me food poisoning. I've gone in the past where the pieces of original recipe haven't been completely cooked through. That was a sign to stop eating this disgusting food that I ignored. I think upper management really needs to look at health and safety practices and give their staff better training. Any time I've been inside the store it has been very dirty. See less

I ordered family feast with my mom today, but it is disappointing. There are 10 pieces of chicken but 8 of them are burnt chicken!!!! There are not crispy at all, full of oily taste, we can't even continue to finish it.... I'm very unhappy overall. I hope can get some improvement. See less
