What a disgusting place, the boy in glasses with his cap tilted half way to the side , no presentation , no customer service , shouting on customers to communicate as if we did a mistake by coming in. My burger wasn't that good and the chips were a tad soggy but I was blown away by the wonderful customer service. Was served by a polite and respectful young man named Jack who provided me with the most efficient service I have ever received. I hope he gets praised for his customer service, Great work Jack! Just went through the drive-thru of the KFC at Fulham Gardens the girl that took my order was polite then I drove up to collect order the girl that opened the window did not say a word I ordered one drink and she got the complete opposite out when I said no sunkist thanks, she rolled her eyes put the drink back in the fridge got mine out gave it to a young man to give to me absolutely disgusted See less

Attended this store Friday 28 th January approximately 2 pm Unfortunately felt the staff need more service training and refreshers in customer relations . I know we have been under pressure with covid restrictions etc but at least staff should know how to mop floors without saturating the floor and leaving cleaning equipment in seating area .Customers ahead of us also were unhappy about wait time to get served while staff chatted Food was definitely under whelming ,cold and just tossed into the snack box. It was an absolute disappointing experience We live in rural S.A. and look forward to KFC as a treat. So disappointed with the duty manager also because he didn't acknowledge the customers and seemed to send the younger employee to deal with the customers complaints ahead of us Don't like to write bad reviews but thought this needed feedback See less

Walked in to the KFC saw a few guys having conversations with the front counter staff which I though they were being annoying but they all knew each other and continued to yell at each other for 20 minutes straight while waiting for my food with my brother. with only one employee actually making my food, which consistently turns out mediocre.
