The food quality is good IF they get the order right. That's a big if! More often than not they'll forget items in your order or just put the completely wrong order in. You really need to sort this mess out. See less

My 3 star has decreased to a 1 star review, ordered a twister, did not get a twister I got a wrap with chicken and a weird calslaw, wrap was soggy and half cold and it tasted really bad. Not coming here again. See less

Went there at 9:40pm and there was a busy queue for drive through only to be told all they had left was popcorn chicken. I get they close at 10 and they need to pack down but maybe shouldn’t have closed up so early See less

Ordered three piece original recipe chicken received two piece and a niblet. Couldn't go back as I had a 4 months old. Ate the thigh piece and bit of it is raw. Left the leg piece as I was not game. Really disappointed. I don't know why I go. See less

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH DELIVEROO! Regularly 'forgets' items - even on a Wednesday Night (like half of the order in this case and not the first). Order in person and stay in place to double check the order. Update: After contacting Deliveroo and explaining what happened they refunded the full amount of the missing half of the order. But to avoid the hassle; as above, suggest attending in person and staying in place to double check the order upon receipt. If using a delivery service, consider another restaurant. See less
