Once again failed... Have signs up that they don't expect eg 10 pieces of chicken for $10...false advertising. Plus they tell me my order is gonna be a wait so I asked to change something so I don't have too they said no...like it is a massive matter to them. Probably the worst family feast i ever had.The drive through was ultra busy.When i got home not even 3 mins later the 2 large chips were soggy&cold they weren't edible&there was 7 legs out of the 10 pieces there was no fillets or thighs just 3 little wings & the chicken must of sat in warmer4ages it was brown chicken not white.Never again from there2 many times disappointments. Ordered 2 go buckets and a family feast. Family feast was missing the large potato and gravey. I should have checked the order before I left given the reputation for leaving items out. Other than that the food was good. Not worth returning for the missing item considering fuel and time. See less

3pm on a Sunday and the drive thru was packed! Went in store to order instead. Staff were run off their feet but we're all happy and enjoying the rush. Ordered a bucket of chicken and it was the best we've had in a long time. Very little oil on the chicken. See less

Got 5 out of 15 hairy tenders last drive thru. Otherwise generally well kept and staff are kind. Get their 'Make a bucket' using the app'n load up on tenders or max out on wings, best deals. See less

It's an okay KFC. The staff are friendly. There can be a long wait in the drive thru at peak trade times. Wheelchair access ♿ and parking is available. Also public amenities too. See less
