It's KFC so you get exactly what you expect. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because even if you use the app to make changes they will occasionally stuff up the order and give you the default options for a meal. See less

We waited at least 15 minutes in the drive thru before closing time, and before we had the chance to order they shut the store down without telling anyone so we were all sitting in line waiting to be served, with no communication that they had closed. See less
