8pm on a tuesday. Only car in the drivethru. Over 3min before a kid asks me what I want. At least two other voices on the coms cracking jokes and interacting with the kid on the coms. The fourth time I repeat my twister combo order he finally understands me and tells me they are all out of twisters. The other two are still chattering away on the background. I had bad service numerous times from this restaurant however last night it topped it off. I went back to get my missing order and still they didn’t get it right. Lucky I checked my order before I left the restaurant to find out that part of the order is still missing. Terrible service and worst attitude from staff. See less

Drove through drive through at 9:45pm on Friday night 11/02/2022 and had the best service from a gentleman named Logan! He had a bubbly personality and something happened where his colleague ‘had a moment’ and it honestly made our night! Thank you so much for being so happy at this time of the night! It's terrifying, there was a person in a tiny box in the drive-through who asked what I wanted! It was horrible, I immediately left, praying to the baby jesus to save me from the box demon. I later returned with my priest and we had some chicken, it was okay. See less

Asked for a 3 piece feed. Take a look at the overcooked tiny pieces of chicken served up with only a 3/4 bun. I'll return for my fortnightly KFC fix, but by God it would want to be better than this effort. See less

I came across KFC Nicholls by chance, I now know that it was fate calling my name. A self proclaimed ‘hoof connoisseur ’, I can sincerely say that was the best KFC meal I’ve ever had. The customer service was polite without compromising on efficiency. The Zinger Box I had received full marks, 10/10. The bun on the burger was lightly toasted, a generous spread of mayonnaise to contrast the spicy zinger fillet. Often, KFC chips are under seasoned, I can assure that this is not the case, these were to a T. The popcorn chicken and tenders were the perfect accompaniments to round out, what was a flawless experience. See less
