Shy the store manger is so rude, store was over half an hour late with an order and her explanation was she is trying to train 15year olds. Swears on the phone and hung up while I was mid sentence. She is only 18 so I understand that she felt pressure but KFC should not be training so many new staff allowing someone who clearly needs the support of higher management. See less

Ordered food and was waiting for 15mins and when I approached the counter they said the food will take another 30mins. So 45mins wait for kfc? What a joke. This is not acceptable. Staff don't care. Very very bad service. See less

Worst kfc I’ve ever been to. Came here three times always ordered over the app but food never get ready on time always have to wait 20-30 minutes. If you can’t operate then just close it down. Simple is that. See less

My husband went to the store at 10.30pm to order 10 chicken wings. One of the staff members said they sold out all the chicken wings and suggest him to buy something similar. That staff memeber end up sold him 4-5 pieces of cold chicken breast instead. Are u searious? Chicken wings and chicken breast are similar? And they were cold, soggy. i mean they were not even hot at all. I just wonder how long have them been out side or because u guys were about to close to u dont want to through them in the bin and sold for customer instead. My house is just 5mins away so dont even blame about the distance. What kind of customer service you are. My first time and also last time visit. See less

I second the guy who said this is the worst KFC in Aus. Chicken was shriveled and dry, chips were cooked last year and the burger was all mayo.. the best part of my meal was the Pepsi. No kudos here. See less

This is probably the WORST kfc in Australia!! Everytime I go there , they completely stuff my order!! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE WINDOW!!!! It is absolutely APPALLING!! How hard is it to stuff an order when it’s on a screen in front of you!!!!! Avoid the Noble park store if you can!!! See less

I visited this store around 6.30pm on a Saturday night to be told that the drive through was closed but I'm not sure why because when I went inside there were plenty of staff on. In saying that the service was absolutely shocking. I ordered the feast meal and wasn't asked if I wanted an add on. I waited and waited for someone to turn around with other customers behind who were waiting to be served. The staff were taking there time with a can't be bothered attitude and no sense of urgency. Quick meal tonight you would think ordered a family feast along with other items. Got home and it was that oily that the bottom of the box disintegrated due to the amount of excess oil. Thanks for nothing, KFC except the heart attack that would occur if you ate it. See less

Came in the drive through 1hr prior to closing. Exterior lights were off marking it look like it was closed. Staffs were not paying attention.
