Asked about a special I'd seen, got a mumbled reply (due to mask) and my order got mixed up due to this. The girl (African looking) who took my order checked before charging, realised the mistake and put the correct order through. The girl (Caucasian looking) who opened the bag, looked at the ticket and handed the order seemed not to care, I said I have a long (20 min) drive home, this better be correct and was assured it was. Got home and the order was wrong. Rang to let them know, it went straight to voicemail, this angered me, I tried again a few minutes later, straight to voicemail again. So I had to drive back, I asked to speak with the manager who tried to make excuses for the first girl which is when I corrected her that it was not that girl at fault but the person who handed the incorrect order to me. So my word of advice is check your order before you leave that window. See less
