Worse branch ever. Waited for my order more than 35 min. Chicken pieces packed right with cold drink and coleslaw. Staff informed she went to the car park looking for me which is not true. I threw my order in the bin due to poor quality Never go there again 👎 See less

Every time I come here for any delivery pickup have to wait for 10-15 minutes, these guys don't understand more we delivery drivers wait more money we are losing as per time. For example, recently I got a delivery from Doordash for 8$ but I came here after a drive of 11 minutes, and I arrived and they start preparing order and again waited for 10-15 minutes and furthermore have to travell again for drop-off for 8-10 minutes. So For that 8$ delivery I worked for almost more than 30 minutes 🤯🤯🤯🤯 See less

Ordered several from this KFC for the reason that it is the closest nearby, but it only gets worst and worst. Don’t know if this is my timing or not but the chips I brought are poorly made, most of the time being stale and cold don’t why they would still keep those awful chips and sell it to customers. Being through the drive-through a few time and the experience is definitely not great. It either some items are missing or they messed up the order. Once before leaving the drive through we checked the box and found out that the burgers was incorrect we asked them for reasons the young man just said we run out of the burger you ordered for and replaced it with another stating that the price are similar and there is no difference in taste. This is the worst KFC I have ever being to. See less

Dirty as everytime, tables never clean. Food rubbish on tables. Floor feel like the slick of a deep fryer. U can stand in the que and you'll be sliding out the door without even realising. And if the eating area is like that.. imagine the toilets. Yuk. KFC Riverwood is the most poorly ran franchise that I've ever experienced. I will not be returning. I gave this establishment three visits over six months and on each occasion there were massively long waiting periods for food. The staff are not focused and customers have to go out of their way just to get served. Management of this franchise is shameful. As said I won't be back and I recommend you avoid this place. Very poor customer service. They are extremely understaffed. Waited 25 minutes for an uber order. I could see their screen was filled up with customers waiting and new customers pouring and at one point there was no one there. Shame on the owner. Will report to KFC Head office, hopefully they can come and sort it out. See less

Asked 3 times for no hot sauce on a burger. Yes no I problem was the reply, they gave me extra on purpose it would seem. Asked for a meal and one additional fries. Lady at the window hands over the pack not bothering to check it. It’s 2 boxes not one, not rocket science. Then she try’s to blame the person packing it. Wonder what their hygiene is like. See less
