Friendly customer service. Wait wasn't a long wait thru the drive thru. Drive home to Southbridge. Beautiful scent throughout the car. Dished up the food for the family. 2 pieces of Chicken short. Let down. People missed out. Does seem to be reoccurring issue. 4 times outta 10, something missed. See less

Would give zero stars if I could. The KFC branch in Rolleston is so bad it's embarrassing... The whole store is a shambles - everything from tables and floors that are never cleaned, to disrespectful staff with egos that should hit the drive-thru height limit, and missing food from every single order placed, without fail. Do yourself a favour and check the bag before you leave so you aren't left empty-handed. See less

My first time ordering from here and.....just WOW!!!! These guys make the nicest KFC. No soggy buns, oily chicken or cold chips!! It was bang on!!👌 I will be stopping here again!!! 😊 Best time to go in is on a Tuesday night after 6pm. 👌 Beware: the girl on the drive through customer service can be a bit rude at times, trying to hurry you up to do your order. Just make her wait longer when that happens 😏 we did. Lol See less

At least one other has complained about the same issue a month before mine so they obviously do not care about these comments! And have no intention of ever correcting their mistakes! Their board advertised price does not match what they charge, I am not sure if all KFC are no longer selling cup drinks, but Rolleston are only selling cans and bottles and charging above what is shown on the electronic board. Also very bad listening skills as asked no "extra" salt but as usual they even after checking a second time still over seasoned the fries! See less

When we arrived there was no one inside, took a while for someone to serve us. I asked what flavours the sliders were, to get an eye roll from the young lady leaning behind the counter. It was my child that told me what flavours there were. Got to the booth , the table was sticky and had a died bug on the table. They forgot to give us my child's order. Really not impressed. we have had mostly great takeaways from this branch. However done a delivery order, 1.5 hours later it turned up, after saying was going to be between, 25-45 minutes. repeated calls to the store went unanswered. i ended up going to store to find out where the order was, i had to leave my terminally i'll wife at home. it finally turned up at our address while i was at the KFC, very unprofessional, no sorry for that or anything. BTW i feel sorry for whoever didn't get their 2 large fries and large potatoe and gravy we ended up with. See less

A total disappointment. Wicked wings had a 15 minute wait at 8,pm. We ordered the wicked meal with a large side of coleslaw. On arrival to the cashier window we were then told they had no coleslaw. And no explanation prior or then wasn't offered, we cancelled the order and drove off. Uncool KFV See less

Place closes at 11 but at 10.15 still plenty of time. Closed inside so drive through only. Stuck in a line of cars only to find out no original chicken only spicy, I hate spicy. Not impressed and will not be back. See less

KFC is of an inconsistent quality here, sometimes it's nice, sometimes not. On this visit it was nice. The drive thru was really busy so we ordered in store. Nice, welcoming & friendly customer service. One of the in-store rubbish bins had liquid seeping from the bottom of the bin & was leaking on the floor. No safety sign/s indicating a slip hazard, so they may have been unaware of this - was busy time. During our last 2 in-store visits it has been quite grubby looking in the customer area so hopefully they can improve on this. See less

I brought a big bucket of chicken $39. The first window you pay right? Then I picked up my food, but they said the machine hadn't worked properly so could I do it again please. I found that rather strange, so when I got home I checked my bank balances and it showed me, I had paid for my chicken 2 twice . It makes me wonder how many people have done the same and are not aware of it, because lots of people don't check there balances after using your card. Well I can't afford being ripped of . So I went back to KFC 🍗 and showed them that I had payed 2 times. I see it as stealing and they should be ashamed or embarrassed and show that, and apologize. But no . But I could have my money returned in a view working day or have it in the complained book and pick the meal up when ever I want plus $10.00 Well that would be easier but what about all the people that have payed double and don't know, well why would you you trust the system.
