The customer service at Rototuna KFC is unasked for. They do not know how to work with customers. Unfriendly and unprofessional to say the least. Went there to buy my son a snack box and hubby a box meal. The lady at the drive thru was so unprofessional. We have never ordered a box meal so I said to her I am not sure what types you get, but the zinger wing one will be good. I then said it is the one on the display screen at the front and she said "I don't know what is advertised there" with a attitude. Instead of knowing her menu and inform a customer, when they order a box meal that there is 2 types and get the customer to choose, you just have to know as the customer and deal with an unfriendly staff member. When it came to paying for the order she held the machine way down so I couldn't reach it properly to pay. When she had to give the soda she gave it at a distance that I couldn't reach properly and wouldn't come a little bit closer so that I could reach it. When I talked to the manager they just said sorry and that she will talk to her and if I want I can lay a complaint. I have a feeling that this isn't the first time someone has complaint about the service of the staff there. I would never go back to this KFC, nor will I recommend them. See less
