Went in on Tuesday to get some lunch takeaway, got back to work and found the burger had cheese on it when I had asked and the receipt showed that request. I phoned up to notify the store and they were great about it, asked me to come back when suits me for a replacement burger, I though that was great. Went back in today for the replacement and the replacement burger also had cheese on it, it was quiet disappointing to see, I entered the store again for the 3rd time to notify the staff member, she quickly grabbed it to go fix it and I assumed make a new burger, once handed back to me I asked is it a new burger or did you just take the cheese of because of an allergy I can't have any cheese, she mentioned it was a new burger and there was no cheese in it. Well wasn't I disappointed again when I checked it, it was the same burger with most the cheese taken off but still had some in the burger, I went back in for a 4th time to request my money back.
A disappointing visit, and I must say it will most definitely be the last.
To make a mistake once or twice is fine we are only human but then to lie stating its a new burger when it clearly wasn't and still had cheese in it. That's the disappointing part that got me.
Why lie to a customer? Is it that hard to just make a new burger? If I was to eat it and end up having an allergic reaction is it worth paying all my medical bills for a little lie and the cost of one burger?! See less
