Always have something missing from an order. You don't know till you get home. They missed my drink, and I had to come back to the store. They also had a new option on the menu call Christmas in July. It supposes to be 15 pieces of the original recipe and eight pieces of wicked Wings. But in my box, I have 8 pieces of the original recipe, and the rest of them was wings. I came back to get my missing order from them and I talked with the manager. She didn't even say sorry. She was insulting and unprofessional. See less

Could not leave zero stars. Worst KFC I have ever been to! Ordered online and still had to wait over half an hour till my order was even started. Then was told there would be a wait on the chicken pieces. They threw out an order that someone could have eaten because they got it wrong. I could go on but...... Terrible! See less

Dried up Chicken, all 10 pieces. So dry that my dog didn't eat any of the meat stripped from what appears to be smaller chickens......no wonder it's called Dirty Bird.....never again!! See less

My burger tasted good, and the chips, although they needed more salt, were good as well. I was also pleasantly surprised when they got every part of a large order correct. But the line for the drive-through was Unbelievably Long. It was well out onto the street. KFC Sunbury needs to find a way to fix this. See less

Staff required someone who was more responsible to lead them. Most were quite slack. Order took ages while staff were just chatting. Tasted like the KFC where ya feel like it will make you sick not like the KFC that sends you into a dimension of pleasure. See less

Maintenance - just average. It wasn't that clean when I went there. Chicken burger wasn't hot. Popcorn was good though. Make sure you check the burger before you leave the counter :) See less
