Such bad customer service would not cook to order because they closed in 15 mins time. Even spoke to the manager Nathan who was delusional believing this was acceptable customer service. See less

I witnessed a KFC employee exit a bathroom stall holding her mobile phone and leave the bathroom without washing her hands. After tracking her keying a PIN to enter the KFC restricted area, I informed another staff member about what I witnessed. I'm disgusted that a person would not wash their hands after toileting, especially someone who works with food, and even more so given COVID hygiene protocols. See less

The service is pretty good but very hit and miss with food quality. I had a great meal there today but have had some pretty ordinary meals there too. I'd suggest that they roster more staff on for the front counter area as when it gets busy, it is a lot of work for one person to keep up. Drive through statistics might be important to these places but your front counter shouldn't suffer to get results elsewhere. See less

The worst meal I’ve ever had from any KFC. Would rather eat out of the bins out front. They had no bread so I ended up getting a twister. It was two old pieces of chicken badly wrapped with some lettuce, no sweet chilli or any other sauce. Dry, tasteless and no worth $10. See less

Major stopping point for cars and trucks and kfc closes at 8pm now i understand in current conditions to close early but 8pm is a joke. Time for them to leave trucks stops if they can't supply a service 😡 See less

Situated in a fairly busy fueling complex. Plenty of eatery's competing for business in here but ya can't go past a bit of the ol' colonel. Pretty fast and the tables are always swiftly cleaned. Beware! Toilets in this complex, although not tied to KFC itself, can be pretty scary. See less
