Wow, that was depressing. I showed up for an early lunch, eating in-house and would be the only customer there throughout. I understand that KFC doesn't have the best reputation when it comes to healthy eating and there is plenty of competition in the area, but that was just sad. Unfortunately, it wasn't helped by being given soggy nuggets and limp chips. Had this meal been brought by any of the delivery services, I'd have understood the food quality but this was as fresh as you can get! I was left wondering if this was why I was the only one eating there? See less

$18 for 5 of the tiniest chicken strips I've ever seen. Atleast the service was quick. So quick they closed the drive-through window midway through their salutations. See less

Made me feel sick, the supercharger sauce was kept outside fridge so it went off, the chicken was old from Lastnight and tasted old and made me feel sick waste of money very disappointed with KFC. See less

Today i went there to have zingerbox by drive through. But they run out of wicked wings so they offered 1 piece original chicken instead of 3 wicked wings and i said ok. After i came back home anf checked it. I am bit upset because they put very small size of chicken even smaller than one wicked wings. This is totally unfair because first, you guyz are unable to provide what consumers demand and secondly, the size of chicken is not fair as per its cost. Totally regret to went there. See less

I want to highlight about the quality of its fried chicken. I went to purchase fried chickens in Philip store last week and it was smoky black. it wasn't burnt or overcooked, but frequent used of its oil. I wonder how many times the oil to fry those chicken getting replaced throughout the day? See less

Not only were the toilets extremely dirty (vomit in the urinal) but the three teenage (boys) staff were unprofessional and not overly interested in taking the order. They appeared disinterested and distracted by their own conversations instead of focussing on the customer. To top it off the register was off-line ! If I were the Manager I would be having a conversation about what the expectations should be for a more positive experience. Further to this when we got the meal home, the chips didn't have any seasoning, and therefore tasted very bland. Overall a very underwhelming experience. See less

👎 I ordered a big deal for 3 people and regret paying - the food wasn’t fresh and was soggy uncooked chicken - pop corn chicken chips all were not cooked properly and not fresh either . You guys get paid and not giving us the food for free so make it fresh - I had came all the way from Victoria and was really hungry with a baby but kfc you’ve just put yourself down and I’ll never make that mistake again 👊🏼👊🏼 See less

The staff are reasonably polite, nothing special. The drive through is a sheet show with people coming from many directions in the car park and the street when it is busy. The food tastes good but is inconsistent. I order boxes of chicken pieces, sometimes they're generous, sometimes like tonight it is measly, three wings and a tiny breast. See less

Staff is slow and undertrained. First visit I ordered and waited inside for a very long time … I would have been more comfortable doing drive though instead of having to watch them work so slow inside. Ordered a zinger stacker burger tonight Staff seemed nice I never leave reviews but after this experience Eating a Horrible tasting burger seemed very old Smothered in sauce something was very off with this food. Turned up at 840pm, they told us we can't make burgers wicked wings or chicken fillets as they close at 9pm. Absolute joke start packing up at 9pm not before hand I will not be returning. See less

Good service and nothing unexpected with the food. Parking is crazy on the weekend though, so it's better if you walk there, or order ahead online. Good KFC to take young kids as the outside dining area is enclosed. Don't try to use the drive through on a Saturday! See less

Although they forgot the dipping sauce and drinks when I ordered, the food was good. The chicken wasn't oily, and it wasn't over salted. I will come back if I'm craving KFC when I'm in that area. A neat bonus is there's a lot of parking too. See less
