Tells me half their menu not available due to nearly closing?? 45 minutes nearly closing? I wanted 6 wings but they could only do 3, so they have me the 3 wings but I should have known they were probably sitting there for an hour… gross. If u can’t serve your customers the menu we see online then DONT STAY OPEN. Close your service earlier rather than staying open in hopes someone buys ya left overs for the night. See less

This is not the first time that my order has had items missing, but today with an event being held at my home, more than HALF OF MY ORDER WAS MISSING, the continuous lack of care in these KFC employees filling their orders is DISGUSTING, they don't even answer the phone so I can speak with someone to clarify the mistake. These staff are lazy and make no effort to ensure their orders are complete before sending them out for delivery. I will NOT be ordering from this KFC again and neither will any of the guests that were waiting for their meals at my home. See less

Bought a family feast via the drive through. Got home and found out chickens are roasted. Skins are even crunchy. Suggests quality control to check products before handing food to customer. Room for improvements. See less

Ordered on line. Arrived at kfc 15 minutes later but not ready. Still here half an hour later and still nothing. They know I am here and so is someone else too. Others have come in and ordered and gone. What is going on with Service here? Never again at this store. Worse service ever . See less

Don't bother unless you want to wait over 20 mins for your order. Staff are just not much help either. Not a once off this happens more almost all the time.the restaurant doesn't seem to care I suppose. See less

Always out of stock and the bright sparks start. Leaning and packing up 1/2 hour before close time so you go to get a meal and "sorry there's no more of that"....can be frustrating but the staff are nice See less

WORST KFC EVER! We ordered 2 Zinger Crunch burgers, and got these instead. One had a weird pepper mayo on it... what?!! Other was only chips, chicken and cheese. No sauce, no nothing else. Store doesn't care and have literally stollen our money without remorse. They don't care at all, the staff or the managers. They all deserve to be fired immediately. See less

We just had the zinger box and 3 piece box. 12.30pm Dec 14, 2021. The chicken was old and dry. Absolutely terrible, the worst KFC we've ever had. If they weren't over 15mins drive way. I would have driven back for a refund! See less

This review is for the toilets. Not the food. The smell emanating from the men's toilet is putrid. Stale urine mixed with testosterone. Revolting. The disabled toilet has urine all over the floor. The female toilets were a bit better. The store manager needs to have a regular toilet cleaning roster! I am even wearing a surgical mask and can still smell the stench. Lift your toilet game KFC! To the manager of this place. Either you are not doing a good job at training the people serving the customers or you don't care at their inattentiveness on the job. This is the second time an item was missing in the Boxed meal. Last time it was the popcorn chicken in the Original Tenders box and today it was the chips in the The One Box. Both times I only realized once I got home and opened the box. Do customers now need to resort to opening the box and checking it at the counter every time before leaving. Are we not paying for it or do you feel this a free food service and we go with the luck of the lottery in what items we might or might not find in the box! Shockingly ridiculous service. Next time I am at this KFC joint (if at all) I will be asking for my money back for items not delivered. See less

Don't order dinner here online if your hungry. As a food courier. It's not uncommon for us to wait 30 minutes to 45 minutes to pick up an order from this restaurant. They will however serve you immediately if you go through the drive-thru. Somehow people paying more online to get their food delivered a second class customers.... See less

This KFC is absolutely amazing! I have been here multiple times and although they are always BUSY eveytime i order, its correct & it’s delicious. I haven’t had a bad meal from here. I wanted to wait for 10 Visits and not one has faulted. Do not go to Watton street KFC just go here. Keep it up TEAM WYNDHAM! See less
