Trust me I am rating this restaurant and their food -1 . So unprofessional waiters that young man seems good but that old lady on the restaurant was grumpy unprofessional. I had a tandoori chicken and was raw . I try to tell them that chicken was raw but that lady waiter or chef I don't know she was grump and very unprofessional. She was telling me to microwave chicken and have it. So disgusting and unprofessional . Food were very testless. I would never go that place. See less

Don't quite understand why all the reviews about good customer service, but our service was horrendous. The restaurant was barely half full, so perhaps there was more take-away than usual, but it took forever for our orders to be taken and then long times for each course. Needed repeated requests for drinks to be brought out. At the start we were keen to get to desserts, but gave up on this after being there for almost 3 hours. Perhaps just steer clear on Sat nights. Nice atmosphere for dining in and the staff are very friendly. It's usually pretty easy to find a table. Food is nice and the staff will help you get the spice levels just right if you're particular about such things. BYO wine and beer. See less

Amazing. This restaurant offers good portions of food that tastes amazing for a very good price. The restaurants interior couldn’t be better and the customer service was incredible. Every worker there were super nice and the food came pretty fast. Overall this restaurant is a great place and I’ll definitely be coming back. See less

I am a stickler for quality service, but I had the best customer experience here since moving to Melbourne 4 years ago. The younger gentleman who helped with food suggestions was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and eager to help. He was the highlight, but everyone I encountered was very lovely. The food was also delicious, and excellent value. I am not a connoisseur for Indian food, but will return here exclusively in the future because of the customer service. See less

Really good value. And the few dishes I've tried was really nicely done. The Naan alone is worth the price of admission. Really freshly baked and done well. I've stayed away from lamb and prawn for now since price has crept up. Worth a try for anyone who likes Indian food, or just interested to try out. I will update review once I've tried more dishes. This is a family owned place with a really good ambience and table setting. There's the nicest mom and son duo at the front with whom you could engage in a nice little conversation. The service was top notch! We got the tandoori sizzler, aloo palak, garlic and aloo naan to go with that. The tandoori sizzler is a good plate of good meat rubbed in a flavorful tandoori marinate. The aloo palak and the garlic naan were the highlights with some really vibrant flavors going through. Very reasonable pricing and I'd recommend this place to anyone. See less

Really good restaurant. Fantastic and welcoming service. Small family owned place. Food was great. Tasty and hot. The only negative was the sizes-other Indian restaurants I've experienced had about double serving size, but the price is reasonable. $14.50 for a main chicken dish. The large rice is enough for 2 adults. Amazing Garlic Naan. Got two medium level curry's, a bit spicy. See less
