They have been moving some products around down here lately so a bit more confusing than usual. The self service fella was helpful with redeeming my master chef pan which was why I went to Tuggeranong instead of Wanniassa today as Wanniassa didn't have the pan I was after yesterday but Tuggeranong had the full selection still left there with 8 days to spare before it all ended as a coles flybys email warned me today. Stocking up before the impending Canberra lockdown I am sure is coming. Time to burn waiting to pick up my boys from school. See less

Saw promo on TV for Tuesday night special also checked on line if offer was still good and apparently it was. Went to erindale Kingsley and order the special deal only to be told we don't do that any more! I left without ordering. I don't like being hoodwinked. I have Kingsley chicken religiously on a Saturday night for a family meal but the specials advert took me down there tonight. Well guess what fraudulent advertising gets Kingsley chicken? Nothing I won't ever go back. Red rooster is my chicken of choice from now on. See less

It's fast food but when we were there they were very slow. We were the only customer and they had plenty staff. May be there were few drive throughs, not sure, but we were in the store. Other than that they were fine. But I'm not a huge fan of Maccas food like some people. Having said that it's great that they are open all day and night. I wish few more restaurants and takeaways could afford to do that. See less

Came specifically from Sydney for this chicken, Don't get me wrong it was good, but dry and a little cold.. Which isn't normal for kinsley's. I went there twice within two days and it was practically the same. Hope everything is alright for business. See less

I stopped visiting this store in 2018 since my last two visits had me waiting 40 minutes and 25 minutes for my meal even though the place didn't seem that busy (I worked out most people got their tickets and left the store then came back to pickup). After waiting patiently for 20 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and was told 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes I ask again to be told they were cooking it now but this was not the case. It then took another 20 minutes to finally get my meal (40 minutes total after ordering) which made me late. I think every time I visited over the years there was one less piece of meat in the meal, also prices have increased and is now quite expensive for box of 95% noodles. See less
