As long as you stick to the original Southern fried chicken pieces, burger and chips you will be happy. The processed chicken chips and nuggets are not worth it. See less

Was there on Saturday 19/2, to get lunch, service was below par same as the pieces I bought. Also I believe it was the owner's daughter, serving without uniform. Did not feel like a visit to Kingsley's, very bad for your reputation. See less

Unfortunately the manager of this place has no people skills and is extremely disrespectful and rude to his staff. Actually not that respectful to customers either. Food is good though. See less

Extremely rude service. Walked away multiple times and left us in the middle of ordering. Really loud beeping machines. Didn't even speak the whole order. Chose the smallest 4 pieces as we watched because 2 were free. Chips were ok. Only saving point. Will not return. See less

Went and got takeaway from Kingsley’s in kippax toady. Waiting time was 10 minutes only to go home and find my food raw inside. The guy I think the boss was very loud and noisy and was rushing the two girls and had such a demanding voice. Two girls were trying their best in terrifying conditions. Was treated very poorly by what i can only assume is the manager. A small short bald man. Was very..... VERY rude. Food arrived cold, Large chip bag was a quarter full and was given the incorrect change. When confronted he did not take any action to fix this and brushed it off entirely. terrible customer service specially from the manager. i have bought 3 pieces of chicken and was given only 2. once i got back to the car i gave 1 piece to each of my 2 boy but none for me? went back to the store and just mentioned it to the lady that served me. after looking at the manager standing next to her she accept that it was her fault. as it is obvious the woman was implying that i was after a free piece of fried poultry. i did show her my wallet full of money. over $530 plus credit and debit cards and saying that i was not after a free piece but i was mentioning her fault. at no time the manager next to her had intervene. proper of that kinda people no one wants around. Surprisingly good. Dropped in today for a quick feed/cheat meal. Staff where friendly, efficient and helpful. The female staff member seamed to be newish but had good customer care skills and promptly took my order and started to prepare it straight away. I got the manager special and 5 chicken wings. As I received my order I was informed they had given me a few extra wings for free which was greatly appreciated. Meals are not overpriced and definitely value for money. Burger may have not looked the best but it definitely hit the spot. Chicken was cooked to perfection with a yummy herb mix. Meal was not overly oily either considered its fast food. The venue it self seamed quite clean and well presented. Big menus which where easy to read and understand made it a easy and pleasant experience for a first timer like myself. The food is good. The manager is a tad sexist. When I've been there with my boyfriend, the manager would always try to take the order from my boyfriend, even when I initiated the actual transaction. One time my boyfriend even had to tell him that I was the one ordering. The manager cut me off when I spoke after that. I didn't appreciate it. So if you do decide to go, make sure your order is taken by one of the employees rather than the manager, to ensure you receive proper customer service. See less

Oily and not too good for you ... but it's so delicious! Ill come back here every once in awhile! The chips are yum but it's the gravy that makes them. I love the chicken and coleslaw burger. Prices are slightly high. See less
