Great bread, coffee and pastries See less

This is the real thing. No more needs to be said. Maybe is a some kind of trade-off between cheapo and quality... but if you are on the hunt for sublime quality pastry and bread delicacies then this is it for those who can hear the hoot of The Owl. See less

Ordered the almond croissant and coffee today as usual but after 20 mins waiting realised the coffee may be missed. I went back and asked very politely to see if they have put the order in but the guy (staff) took my order jumped in the conversation straightly and and said he did not hear it and only charged me the croissant with a not friendly face. I did not want to make it a difficult situation and stall other customers and they girl (staff) was asking me was smiling and asking me what coffee I would like, so I still ordered the coffee and did not say anything back. I wish there is a camera that can show the guy I did said the coffee and I normally didn’t paid attention about how much I paid when I order coffee here as I come here regularly. I understand it was busy and sometimes people can’t always focus on what others said but at least maybe something like “maybe I missed what you said” before saying how much money you charged. I keep coming back to your store because I love the food and service but today it was really a disappointment. See less

The food is ok but customer service is so bad. We ordered food with coffee and after 20 mins waiting we were told the coffee wasn’t ordered. Won’t come back again. Strongly not recommended. See less

Knead Patisserie is amazing. Very friendly and community orientated.. Alex is such a star, great service and humour. Amazing coffee, sandwiches (Pork Belly with Apple Slaw) there were many others that were also to die for but the menu changes regularly.. Also an excellent variety of artisan bread and truly yummy cakes. Love it. 💕 See less

Convenient coffee shop to boost your caffeine energy whilst you do grocery shop in Belconnen Fresh Food Markets. Most Interesting thing, I liked about the it’s management COVID 19 safe approach. Clear instructions and markings for In and out. Nice work. 👌 See less

The best customer service I have seen in years! Just had to write a review after sitting in the cafe today for 20 minutes and witnessing incredible service the entire time! Regulars treated like family, non regulars welcomed similarly. Absolutely delicious carrot cake and beef sausage roll too. See less

Such a wonderful bakery and patisserie! Beautiful breads, pastries, coffee, and staff. I ordered some full size cakes for my birthday (48hrs notice required) and have been able to share my love of this business with my friends. Thank you Knead Patisserie :) See less
