This place is for the person that just wants to be comfortable and that's me, oneside has a big screen for those major games or fights they have karaoke on sat and pool tables for those challenges with mates and a TAB area for those punters, the next door they have a more quite bar area that leads you to the pokie machine area. Awesome customer service and they also serve meals after 5pm and yes it's good for those family or individual dinners. See less

We had such an amazing time at the tavern. Good food, awesome atmosphere with the karaoke DJ (he was awesome!!) and we saw Jason Boon's show. We all had such a fun, happy time with very attentive service by the staff. I can't fault this place. Amenities were clean. It's a gem!! See less

Waited 55 minutes for an entree to come out. I asked the waitress earlier how long it would be until the entree and main meal would be delivered as I had to be somewhere to be. When the entree was delivered it looked like it had been over cooked in a deep fryer and definitely not aesthetically appealing. I told the waitress that I had to go as I was already going to be late for my appointment and she abruptly said "I will get your money back". She then proceeded to the counter and gave me $13 as a refund. I had to quickly state that I had spent $77 on an entree and main meals to come out. She then snatched the change of the table and went back behind the counter to issue my refund. She did not proceed with an apology or a reason as to why it was taking so long for a simple entree to come out. There was 4 other tables in the tavern at the time I placed my order so unfortunately it definitely did not seem that the staff were overly busy. Also not impressed with the Hahn Super Dry on tap as my beer was served flat. Very disappointed in the service and outcome of my visit and definitely will NOT be returning as a local customer. VERY RUDE AND DISORGANISED. See less

Most incompetent service. We waited 57 minutes for our single starter of calamari to finally come out. We kindly asked the waitress to cancel the mains and refund the meal as we were going to be late to the cinema. We were shocked when she didn't apologise and said that's the decision of the venue manager. Upon returning to our table she nearly threw cash on our table and proceeded to argue with us when we politely advised her that we had paid for two meals + the starter. TERRIBLE See less
