My friend and I were both sick after eating the wagyu steak and pork. The wagyu was nice but the pork was revolting. Shame we were sick after it though - won’t be returning. See less

The food was wonderful We order Set menu for 4. The food arrangements were nice and in order like Entree Bbq and mains... The service was really good and the staff well maintained well. All though few improvement were needed... For Loaded Chicken the taste seems blend it tasted like normal fried chicken no difference Blackbean noodles were also same. Sauce did not have much flavour . Kicmchi soup was really good. The taste of Gauchujang or chilly paste was little bit strong Main disappointed was side dish. Not enough for four people and staff did not ask for refill or check on customer Bibimbap was superb See less

Food was good. Nothing mind blowing but enjoyable enough. But I was turned off by how dirty the place was. The more you look around, the more dirt you see. Black, dirty floors, splash marks on the walls near the entrance, dust bunnies on the walls. Some hanging tubes are covered in layers of dust. And it's filth that hasn't been cleaned in months. Below average. Uses a fire grill, not a charcoal grill, which is dangerous. Serving is very slow, wait time is over 40 minutes. First time visitor but won't patronize again either. See less

My partner and I went to Korean BBQ in Belconnen for dinner. It was so affordable and we even got free drinks because we had to wait for 15 minutes (free drinks wasn't necessary at all!). The staff were so lovely and the food was so yum. Recommend. Such a cool experience. Can't wait to go back. See less

Had problems with EASI delivery and I have written a bad review for them but the problem with KorBQ themselves is that they do not put quantities of their fried chicken anywhere. You have no idea if it’s for 1 person or 10. Also there loaded fries are very underwhelming. Add to this that it was delivered cold (due to EASI) (maybe the restaurant should recoil it if it’s sat on the counter for too long) the meal was very disappointing. See less

Nice little place aiming for a bit more of the eating out experience clientele than regular Belco Mall goers. Wouldn't go for BBQ but I would for their other meals. Set menu for two was good with a variety of food and then some meat for BBQ but a lot of the standard sides you get for Korean BBQ were extras; there was no Kimchi, lettuce, soy potato or other sides and you cook in a recessed gas stove rather than over coal with food at table height. Staff were a mixed bag of awesomely friendly and some more silently just doing their job and out. The Korean Fried Chicken was great, same with the Mayo chicken and bulgogi. Overall a good experience but for a more traditional Korean BBQ experience in Canberra you're better off at somewhere like Hangari Kimchi in Dickson. See less

WOW! This is my first time in an Korean restaurant, the KorBQ at the Westfield Belconnen with my Family for lunch, they were here before. Atmosphere is amazing in KorBQ the Friendly Staff are so polite and helpful. You cook your own meals on the table, or they will cook for you. I had a Japanese beer 🍺 for the first time, it is a nicest beer my first drink. Cooked our Chicken Skin 🐔 Crackling, so delicious. Crunchy Octopus 🐙, with Korean Cheesy 🧀 Chicken. Be back for more wonderful Foods. See less

Everything we ordered was delicious. Shouts to the Spicy Korean Fried Chicken especially. Seafood pancake, special fried rice, fried squid all delicious. Staff were lovely and respectful of current social distancing rules limiting and separating guests. Will definitely go back! See less

Good -Newly opened at Westfield Belconnen. -Close late. -Clean interior. -Friendly staff. -Maybe good for bbq and fried chicken. Bad -Salty food. -Spicy beef soup was hot but taste so bad. Doesn't feel like they use meat stock and also just taste of spicy chilli powder. Most of all, excluding a bowl of rice which will cost you extra $3. You will have free rice bowl for lunch special. -Bulgogi with rice was not bad. But there was bit sour taste from beef. -BBQ table was not comfortable because of ?safty panel for fire pan. You may sit bit far from table. -Civic restaurant's taste is much better. I have been there multiple times since they opened. See less
