We had the smorgasbord (all you can eat) which comes at a great price. I love being able to choose all the different meat, veggies and flavors and watching it being cooked. The staff are all lovely and prompt. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the way the all you can eat veggies get mixed into one another and that they need more tongs because often the same pair is being used for 5 different things. This place never dissapoints, it's been doing the same thing for many moons. And the reason it doesn't change is because it's not broken, why they do works and it works well and efficiently. If you leave this place hungry it's your own fault, simple as that. See less

I hate giving a low score but when we entered yesterday evening, didn’t know what was going on then sat down got our menu and no one came to us for about 20mins. Went to get the wait staff to come take drinks order and to tell us how the system works. Had 1 serve and left wasn’t a fan of the food and I’m pretty sure I got someone else’s dish from the one I prepared. I had no carrot in mine and mine came out with carrot 🤷🏻‍♂️. Just not my thing I suppose but others seem to enjoy which is good See less

Hadn't been here for a number of years, decided to take the famy there tonight. Not much has changed - its still all you can eat, the staff are all very friendly and the chocolate fondue desert (spiked with Tia Maria) is a winner with the kids. The main difference since COVID is that the staff serve you (which is rather cool) but you still get to choose your meat, vegetable and sauce options. Great place to go when you've got fussy rates that all want different things. See less

The best Mongolian BBQ in Adelaide!! We came in a little late but the staff were still so lovely and very welcoming. The place was very clean and decorated so nicely and very well lit! The cook was so friendly & even mixed in the sauce for us with his own recommended recipe, it was so yummy!!!! Served with awesome homemade breadsticks and prawn crackers also. Very excited to come back again and try the desserts another time. Would recommend this place highly and is a lot better than Genghis Khan all around (better service, value, quality of food and environment) See less

A very special cooking style of all you can eat. There was 4 types of meats and varieties vegetables and sauces. You will get a number then choose your meat, veg n sauce. The chefs will cook it on a giant flat pan then calling your number once done. It a bit like stir fried style. It also serve some entree like fried rice, fried noodle, prawn chips, Mongolian bread(pastry puff: crack half then stuffed w stir fried meat). I order hot n spicy mixed all meat without veg n no soy sauce as it too salty for the first time we order. See less

Love love love eating here. Made a booking for a large number of people. On arrival everything was set up for us and ready to go. We brought balloons and we were allowed to bring our own cake. When ready you can go up and get a bowl and fill it with meat and or vegetables. There is chicken, beef, pork and lamb. There is approximately 8 different vegetable options. Then choose the sauce or sauces you'd like to go with it. The chefs then take your bowl tipping the contents onto the huge hotplate/BBQ and cook it using their giant chop stick type cooking utensils. In no time at all your meal is ready. They place it back in the bowl, and pass it to you. You can then serve yourself rice and noodles to accompany your meal if you choose. There are plenty of vegetarian options. Restaurant is always clean and staff are so lovely and friendly. There is limited free parking behind the restaurant or parking on the street which at certain times is timed. Overall excellent night, great tasting food with a different dinning experience. One of Adelaide's most unique dining experiences. For $22.50, you get a choice of four meats (pork, chicken, lamb or beef) plus your choice of various vegetables and sauces, which they then cook in front of you on a massive inverted wok. Part of the experience of course is watching your food get cooked and given back to you sizzling and smelling terrific! It's all you can eat so fantastic value for money at only $22.50. The food has that authentic "charcoal cooked" flavour which you just can't get at home cooking on a stove. The things which held this restaurant back from me giving it the full FIVE stars are: - When we walked in and said we'd like the smorgasbord, the waitress just said "ok" and left us to it. She didn't explain to us to go up, get plates and help ourselves, so we waited around for several minutes expecting her to bring us plates but she never did. - The bread given to us before our meal was tasteless and without any butter or dips. Not exactly a good appetizer. - I wanted some rice and prawn crackers as a side dish, but the rice had been sitting out in the open for a while and was very hard and dry. I would've enjoyed the experience a lot more having fresh, steamed rice. See less
