Made the mistake of ordering online and paying in advance. A simple order, burger and chips 45 minute wait. Given the place was empty, i’m not sure what they spent that 45 minutes doing. Evidently they just forgot they were there to prepare food for the public. Walked up after waiting 45 minutes into an empty store with employees having a fantastic time chatting and relaxing, only to be told its another 10 minute wait. Likely I burdened them with my custom when I ordered my food, then when I went in the reality struck that they’re a fast food place that’s supposed to actually make food when people order. I walked off in disgust. They can choke on the money they took from me to not prepare my food. I certainly won’t be stupid enough to burden them with my custom again. See less

The burgers are a good size, fresh and tasty. Sweet potato fries and potato wedges were hot and crispy and the chicken wings were also good. Didn't try the HELL (level 5) level chicken on the Kukula burger but will be doing so next time, the FLAME (level 3) not quite meeting expectations. There is a hand basin to wash hands if needed and condiments on hand. Not busy at the time of my visit, dropped a star because of the gap between first and last meal delivery. See less

Went to this branch recently in Tuggeranong and got the chicken paella. Chicken was pretty dry and the rice very bland, not very satisfying, staff are friendly though and maybe the other dishes are better. Unfortunately the star of the show was the chips which is odd being a chicken shop. I can’t say it’s very good value for money but the chips are great if that’s what you’re after. See less
