Let’s start with how good the food was, very tasty and plentiful but the restaurant was let down by the staff. Very abrupt, no smiles, food just plonked down wherever, very poor. Went for my daughter’s birthday and felt so bad for her because the staff were terrible Spent $200 and couldn’t even raise a smile! Thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at Kwan Yen. There were more there was 22 in our group and the meals were great. The staff were wonderful. They were patient, understanding and professional. Great for small or large groups. We had an area to ourselves. Don't hesitate if you like Chinese cuisine. Five stars all the way. Thanks guys! See less

We get Chinese from here on an average of once a month, I would say a 9 out of 10, I've had 1 poor order and it was due to menu log delivery being slow and it not being hot. We always enjoy the meals, the taste is always consistent and the family love this place. See less

Over rated reheated food when question was told if you dont like dont order from us and yes he said its all re heated 100% not fresh .i ask if even the rice if fresh he said we re heat it when we add prawns so its reheated dry and no soy sauce .in the bin never agian See less

My new favourite, great service, great prices, very yummy. Working long hours getting home late, their food soothes my soul and is so much healthier than a lot of other options. Actually used to be a cook at work so very fussy, quite Scroogey on buying take away. So yes, highly recommend. See less

We ordered steamed rice, beef black bean, cashew chicken and chilli prawns …. All delicious! Kids happy too. We were too hungry to take photos (lol) next time! Especially love the natural flavours, not too heavy or oily. Only improvement I suggest is please consider offering regular and large size serves.
