Bought a tomato penne pasta yesterday. It was the worst pasta I have ever had in my life. I make better pasta at my home. Paid 23 dollars as i paid extra for chicken and Chillie fake cause I wanted to make it spicy. I hardly found chicken pieces or Chillie there. No vegetables in the pasta and it was overcooked. Pasta was ready after 5 minutes we had given the order. It Was not even worth $5 dollars , wonder how these guys operate by giving lousy foods to the customers and charging extra. If you wanna have a good meal this is the worst place to be. See less

Lady at the front was very grumpy, we were seated and our order was taken but the waitress was very unenthusiastic. Our food took 35 minutes to come, when tables around us who arrived after us had their already, we were even offered dessert before our meals because we had been sitting with an empty table for so long. Even after apparently taking 30 minutes my chips could have used some more cook time or even a dash of salt, bland and the eggplant Parm looked dreadful All the staff seemed like they hated their job except for a team member, i believe his name was Jake, he wasn’t our server but i wish he was, super upbeat and friendly loved making small talk with us and surrounding tables before (i assume the manager) yelled his name several times across a table to get him to go to his section. It would have been more professional to walk over and kindly ask instead of embarrassing him in front of guests… See less

Absolutely terrible customer service, ordered online money was taken from my account and there website didn’t place my order. Was told ohh well just wait and if the funds get returned. Explained it’s for guests and offered photos of the money being taken along with order and told nothing can be done. Rude and nasty person I spoke with with no solution or refund offered. See less

I had the Spaghetti Pescatore with Napoli sauce, it was only two sized prawns and muscles but was very filling and tasteful. I feel with a bit of chilli it would top it off. My wife got the Ceaser Salad which looked and tasted amazing (added chicken and removed anchovies) would definitely go back again. See less

I went there early to get a seat for 2 disabled people and 2 carers and we were given a free given a complimentary pi,za while we waited ,they were soo accommodating and friendly it made our experience so much easier See less

Was there with friends for a birthday party. Unfortunately the food was below standards and out of a party of 9 only 2 of us finished our meals. My main I ordered was a pizza and it was extremely oily unfortunately. The pizza itself would have been great had it not had as much oil coming from it. Previous experiences at La Porchetta restaurants have always been positive but this was unfortunately not up to a decent standard. See less

We love it here. We come every couple of weeks with our kids. Today was just husband and I. We got the chicken scallopini and garlic prawns. Always satisfied and we always order different when we come. The whole menu is great and they have great prices to. See less

This place is disgusting and very disappointed at the staff they are rude and are not friendly as we were eating dinner inside the restaurant saw this girl walk in maybe it’s a driver or not but this lady behind the counter was yelling at her and making a big scene was a very uncomfortable experience! because it’s getting to Christmas and also any worker is human and seeing her yelling at this poor girl was disgusting the audacity of this older lady behind the counter making such bad food and still be screaming like a crazy person such bad attitude and if that poor girl don’t work there that is actually considered HARASSMENT and the food is not even fresh I ordered a pasta and it was yuck no flavour and the pasta was hard like did you even cook this? and my partner ordered pizza was soggy like did you give him an old pizza that’s just been sitting there? you must have bad attitude because your food is so bad you need to take it out on the drivers and the staff? Or do you look down on people that’s not behind a counter? I mean your not even a real restaurant your la porchetta relax lady you ain’t the HILTONS what are your wage like 10$ an hour lools Shame on you to have that attitude you are all workers working you are not better then someone else weather they are cleaners or delivery drivers or a waitress especially if they don’t work for you you have no right yelling at another worker or anyone for that matter that’s HARASSMENT and you have bad food you should just shut down or hire people that has people skills and hire some proper chefs to cook better food and hire better waitresses to do customer service! I don't recommend ordering online. They took my money, cancelled my order and when I called to inquire what was going on the manager couldn't care less and told me I'd have to pay again if I came down to pick it up. Guess there may still be a few ties to the old Mafia at La Porchetta, hey? See less

We’ve been buying great food from Laporchetta Cranbourne for over 20 years, but unfortunately in the past year we’ve seen the quality slip dramatically, poorly constructed pizzas, burnt food, 1hour waits for in store pick ups of take away (that was ordered by phone 1/2 hour before hand) multiple times. Im happy with paying the premium price for quality food, but this no longer applies to laporchetta Cranbourne. See less

Couldn't sit in the restaurant as my friends covid certificate wouldn't work. No blame to the staff. We ordered takeaway instead. I've had quite a few meals from this venue but certainly cannot recommend the carbonara as it was extremely floury tasting & I added parsley for flavour. Absolutely exceptional customer service! Honestly every single staff member were so amazing! I wish I got names but the older lady was AMAZING she went OUT of her way for my daughter! Helped make sure she can eat her meal with a spoon. Food was yum, service was amazing Even the register staff and floor staff were great. Let my girl pick what flavour ice cream the works. Changing my star rate from 3 to 1. We had a book in today and when we went in the lady was to rude to use the told us you guys have to leave by this time ... Ok thats doesnt matter but the way she asked wasn't request nor she was polite and when we took a seat and then she keep on sending staff to take order I mean atleast we need few min to decide what to order. I think she was the manager not sure but not happy how she treated our guest and us. See less
