I’ve ordered the plant based plate and only after I paid they point to a small sign that isn’t obvious that the plant based products are cooked on the same grill as the meat. I just paid and I asked for a refund but they refused. I don’t recommend it to vegans, vegetarian or other people who can’t have meats. See less

Absolutely disgusting. So disappointing in the lack of presentation and effort. My dog will refuse to eat this, I don't know how you guys allowed this to pass your counter. As you can see on the receipt I paid for extra meat, cheese, dressing on my salad and no onions. I didn't receive extra meat, in fact I received less than what you usually serve AND it was burnt and stale. There was no cheese, no dressing on the salad. And the chips look and taste as if they were fried twice. After correcting you guys for no onions, I still found onions. Lets not forget your poor customer service, is your goal to drive people away? Looking back at your other reviews clearly you guys don't care as you haven't responded to anyone. I will never buy from you guys again and gladly spend my $27 somewhere else that truly deserve it. Only rated one star to post a review ABSOLUTELY shocking customer service when wrapping my wrap the she spreed her fingers through the filling to spread it out Infront of me. The wrap was too wide then pushed her fingers through the side the wrap was bearly closed and then threw into the sandwich press when I asked if someone else to wrap it abit better I got a filthy look from the girl who attempted wrap it They turned their backs to me and started making comments and looking back After they gave me my wrap I asked if there where chips as it was a combo and one girl opened her eyes and pointed down aggressively and said they're right here and then threw them over the counter in a bag spilling the chips Worst customer service I've ever experienced The food has no taste See less

This shop is new in the town but not gonna last long. The hygiene practices in this establishment were non existent. The sanitary gloves worn by the employees should have been used only for food preparation. Rather, the employees never removed the gloves. Whether they were working the cash register, wiping the counters or cleaning the cooking equipment, the employees wore the sanitary gloves. The employees then returned to the food counter with the same gloves and prepare the orders. What is the point of wearing these gloves if they are going to use the glove to touch a soiled washcloth and then to handle food? It makes me wonder what goes on out the back in the kitchen. I was and still am appalled by the lack of hygiene in this establishment. I sent an email to Le-Wrap about this, already one week, no answer... See less
