The satay chicken wasn’t cooked properly inside. The stir fry chicken was wasy too salty. Tom yum soup was too blant with no flavour. Expected a good dinner but we were disappointed:( See less

Waited one hour for a Friday 7pm delivery through Uber Eats 3.5 km from home and got the wrong delivery. Uber eats blames the restaurant, the restaurant blames Uber Eats and then you have to go online to Uber Eats support to get a refund and start from scratch. Poor. Just ineptitude from both. Customer is not valued. See less

It is funny how many people writing reviews of this restaurant are food critics and experts - knowing it all! We are not local to Canberra but when we come into Canberra we quite often come to the Lemongrass in Woden. We are never disappointed with the quality of the food or the service which sometimes does take a bit longer but is always worth it. Maybe those who cannot wait for a nice Thai meal should just wander across to Westfield Shopping Centre and partake in a classic McDonald's meal - doubt the Lemongrass staff would miss them. We will always choose Lemongrass Woden when we can. See less

We did an takeaway order (crispy pork belly and fried rice), we are extremely disappointed with the food quality. The crispy pork belly was very soggy and not crispy at all, and vegies were not fresh as well. we literally had to throw all the pork belly and just ate the fried rice. Atleast fried rice was okay enough to eat. we ll never visit the place again.. See less

Embarrassing We visited your restaurant today and after few minutes of ordering our food we got it . But within seconds we were very Disappointed to find a hair in one of the food items. One of the staff changed it and got the another bowel within 2 min. And to our surprise again we found the hair after eating it half. The two staff/ owner were disappeared from the counter and was only the senior lady at the counter for bill.we decline the discount offer and paid full also suggested to cover the hair inside the cooking area which they were not doing it as we can see it from the counter itself . Worst customer service ; No sorry , No apology. Will never visit again See less

Their food is yummy but waiting time is way too long for take away and terrible customer service. I called for take away and was told it would take a half an hour. When I arrived 50 mins later (as I know they will be busy on Saturday), looks like they just started cooking it and I had to wait another 20 mins (it took more than an hour to have 2 dishes) The guy who served me didn’t say sorry at all and provided unacceptable service See less

Had an early Mother’s Day dinner here last week and can say we will not be returning. The food was actually really nice but the horrible customer service is enough for us not to return. The staff here seem very confused and like it’s their first night. My father in law went up to the bar/front area to area the older man behind the bar for a few beers as no one had come by our table since we were seated and the man was so unbelievably rude telling my FIL to ‘go tell one of the girls’ (waitresses) that he wanted a beer?? How hard is it for the guy behind the bar to just say yep I’ll get one of the waitresses to bring it to you! We waited for 1 hour to receive the first couple dishes and then waited another 30 minutes to receive the rest of the dishes and the restaurant was less than half full! I couldn’t imagine if it was full! Lastly we ordered some drinks from one of the younger waiters towards the end of our meal and he looked so confused? Then came back to clean up our table 10 minutes later with no drinks. We then asked for the drinks again and he again reacted really confused and muttered something, then FINALLY returned with the drinks some time later. The staff here all seem confused and act like they have no idea what’s going on. Oh and how can a restaurant only have ONE HIGHCHAIR??? I’ve never heard something so stupid before. See less

The place was spacious, the staffs friendly great us as we came in. Not so many people when we came in. So it was peaceful. The food were pretty, fresh and yummie. Did not take a long time to serve. Love the atmosphere. Would love to come again See less

Good food, but not the best Thai I’ve had. I went at a very quiet time so staff was attentive and food came out quickly but warm. I’d say the pricing is standard for Thai places in Canberra. The place had more of classy ambience to it. See less
