So happy that we came across Lime Spice Hawker Beach Bar on a recent visit to Rye. We found the food to be fresh, tasty authentic Thai. Some of the best we have ever eaten. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Lime Spice. See less

I happened upon this place with a friend of mine while on a girl's trip. I had the Pork Belly while she had the Chargrilled Pork, which was perfection, we couldn't get enough of the chilli jam. My Pork belly was cooked well, presentation and crackling was excellent! The sauce was great but over time the lime did take over a bit, if only it was also accompanied by a bit of the chilli jam, it would have been perfect. :) The staff at this place were simply incredible, great service and very helpful. I would highly recommend visiting this place. I also can't believe how they made lime green look comfortable, but they did! See less

It’s not often my wife and I get to go out for for dinner without the kids - when we do, we hope for great food, quality staff, relaxed atmosphere and an experience that makes us feel like we’re on a date. (We’ve been together for over 22 years). Wow, did Lime Spice Hawker Beach Bar tick all the boxes. From the first mouthful of our entree, we knew we had picked a winner, the explosion of flavours had you thinking you were eating in another country. Serving sizes were more than adequate and priced accordingly. (We had four dishes, roti, dessert and a cocktail each) Service was on point, relaxed but timely - considering it’s ‘peak’ season and COVID playing its part, I found it very hard to fault our experience. I’m not a fun of paper straws but even that in my cocktail didn’t deter my experience. Based on our experience we’ll be back and highly recommend you give it a go 😊 See less

Great place..arrived alittle earlier than booked and they were more than happy to take us in. We were given a window seat and everything was smooth sailing. The curry chicken was amazing, the crispy snapper (alittle difficult to tackle) wife thought it was brilliantly done.. service was excellent, staff were very friendly...all that in a buzzing atmosphere. This is possibly the best dining experience we’ve had this year. First off, I really messed them around with our booking - started with 35 people, cancelled, rebooked for 6, changed it for 9, came with 8 (it was a saga) - but Misty was extremely gracious. Then we ate. All the food was amazing, the drinks were phenomenal (special shout-out to the Caramel Kiss, we all got one) and the highlight of the night was Vicky coming to hang out with us at the end of her shift - what a legend! Best place we’ve ever been to dinner. EVER. The food & drinks were delicious (please order the caramel kiss!) and service staff were fantastic. The beautiful ladies made us custom surprise cocktails and the atmosphere was so fun - I couldn’t recommend anywhere on the peninsular more - thank you for a great night guys! See less

Went to lime spice hawker beach bar in Rye for hubby’s bday. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. My 7 year old is allergic to eggs and my 5 year old is allergic to eggs, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame seeds. The restaurant manager (forgot to ask her name) was amazing and went above and beyond to cater for my daughter’s allergies. She was warm and really empathised with the situation. She ensured that my girls wouldn’t feel excluded. The food was amazing and customer service 5 star. Highly recommend this restaurant if your after great food and great customer service. Just want to say thank you to the restaurant manager for everything she did and her approach. You have no idea the load of stress you took off my shoulders:) See less
