Last meal overcooked, couldn't eat the chicken and the bun was burnt. Cafe wasn't busy. Toilets dirty, same as last time I visited. See less

Sunday lunch was delicious as usual but we were shocked at the lack of following Covid rules. The staff half the time walked around with their masks half on, or as one server not at all. So many people entered mainly to use the toilets but did not check in or wear masks as they were from an Anti Vax demonstration set up in front of the Museum. Staff did not question them or ask them if they had signed in. Not good enough especially considering these times, we will no longer return. See less

Two of us went in and ordered a sandwich and a chicken salad for lunch. The chicken salad took a long time to arrive and my friend had finished his lunch when mine was brought. The chicken was very dry which was a bit disappointing. They need to fix a few issues to compete with other cafes. See less

Ordered 2 meals and coffee. Received coffee but watched customers who ordered after us receiving their meals but no sign of ours. After 30 mins server comes to table and advised meals won't be long. After 40 mins went to counter and ended up being handed 2 takeaway containers with barely warm food in them. No acknowledgement or apology for lost order. See less

Not a bad stop for a coffee and bite, but certainly not up to the standard set by many other cafes. For eg. they serve Vittoria coffee, the cutlery is beyond it’s used by date, food presentation is poor etc. See less

Very disappointing - it used to be great. Poached eggs were hard, Turkish bread wasn’t Turkish bread, gross Hollandaise sauce out of a jar. Cheap Tea bags not real tea. Won’t be going back. See less

Very cute court yard and the inside is homely and cozy without being to close to the next table. Waited around 5 mins for a coffee, which was luke warm when finally received. We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast as we eventually gave up after a further 40 mins and were told that it would be a another 15 mins wait. The staff were friendly and understanding, and in a fairly quiet period, with several empty tables and no takeaway customers, they were unable to deliver. I think this place as potential and perhaps it was an off day? See less

Stopped in for a quick coffee outside before visiting the railway museum down the road & service was quick, even though they were busy they acknowledged us when we walked in. Coffee was nice & the whole atmosphere outside was so relaxing. See less

My wife and I went here for breakfast on a Tuesday morning when it wasn't too busy. I had pancakes and my wife had samon stack with a almond non dairy cappuccino. Both meals were better than average. The coffee came out quickly but was a little on the weak side. The tall young Asian man serving us however didn't seem like he wanted to be at work on this fine day. He's demeanor was lackluster at best. He seemed to be on autopilot. Not rude just not present. Overall I liked the cafe. I appreciated that they are clean bathrooms in the back and I would go back.
