Surprised on it. Lis dumpling inn is under new management now. Fast delivery than before. And they have more new products, taste really good! Many choices for prawn lovers - like me. And also a good one for dumpling lovers. Some tasty dumpling you can only taste here. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I order two serves Pan fried King prawn potstickers, it has a big prawan in it, it is absolutely king prawn. 🥟🦐🦐 And also a King prawn Wonton Soup. Soup is nice. Each wonton is a big one too! 👍 The last one is Pan fried Pork Potstickers, delicious as expected. Definitely will come back. See less

I ordered Thai green curry, laksa seafood and Shanghai soup dumplings. Thai green curry had a thick glaze of oil on top. Laksa had the typical frozen seafood and some green veg but the tofu tastes like milk, noodles were still raw and the laksa soup didn't even taste like laksa.. Shanghai soup dumplings were not soup dumplings at all but rather regular dumplings Cost $60 only at the soup dumplings and the seafood on top of the laksa. Not worth it. See less

Food took over an hour to arrive, Uber driver was sitting in car with order for nearly half an hour. Drink missing. Food was awful and was thrown out. Do not waste your time or money. See less

This food is amazing although last 3 orders have been wrong and taken 3 plus hours to arrive. Tonight we got 20 lobster dumplings when only ordered 1 serving and no rice paid $114 and didn't get what we wanted. Receptionist can never understand English. See less

Food arrived over 3 hours late, after 2 phone calls and a visit to the actual restaurant. The food was gross with the boiled rice looking like it was picked up off the floor. Food was subsequently returned and refund requested through menulog. First order was great, next 2 had errors when calling directly so ordered through menulog this time and now this. We won't be back. See less

I don't normally like to write negative reviews but after today, it needs to be done. I arrived with my Grandmother at around 11.45am Monday when their google listing and signage on the front of the restaurant said it opened at 11.30. There were people inside who didn't even acknowledge our existence. We waited out front for 15 minutes and decided to try somewhere else. This is my grandmother's favourite restaurant so, I called the restaurant to see when they were opening and was told they were open now, so we walked back to find that they had their sign out front now saying they were open so we walked inside and stood at the counter waiting to be seated and were again completely ignored. My grandmother even called out "excuse me?" and again we were ignored. This is honestly the worst customer service experience I've had from a restaurant in a long time. I won't waste my time again. I've been a few times prior with no issue. The food is passable but the service is terrible. Not recommended. See less

Had an amazing dinner of deep fried lobster dumplings, steamed prawn dumplings, honey chicken crispy, beef with cashews,HongKong street noodles and special fried rice and salt and pepper squid and I am allergic to msg and they prepared everything without msg lovely and friendly customer service I will definitely be back See less

Bought what should have been a lovely dinner. Instead it was mostly inedible. Entree was good, soups were gluggy with lots of jelly bits in it and lukewarm. Fried rice and Mongolian lamb very bland and the beef satay was chewy and inedible. What a waste!!. This Used to be a nice restaurant won't be ordering from here again. Wasted my money on food that was mostly thrown away!! See less

Tasty food. However, terrible ordering process. Orders dinner for 7:25 pickup and it was delayed multiple times to almost 9pm. Clearly took on more orders than they could process. See less

I ordered food at 655pm through UberEats and the estimated delivery time was 60-80 mins. I called the Li's Dumpling Inn after the 80 mins and was told another 30 mins. After another hour at 915pm I tried calling again, but they wouldn't answer my multiple calls. I tried my wife's phone instead and they answered straight away. Told me it was on the way, they would call the delivery driver to check and then call me back. I never received a call back. At 953pm the ap indicated the food was delivered and I was charged for it. At 10.20pm the food finally showed up, at which point we'd ended up cooking something. First and last time I'll ever try this restaurant. See less

Went there once with my friend and instantly fell in love with this place. The place is quite small but all are reasonably priced and not bad serving size. The dumplings are hand made and we ordered a unique flavour, though a little dry. Service was pretty good too. Overall a nice place for dinner or lunch, with a nice lively atmosphere. See less
