The young guy in the raiders hat on the barista machine makes a bloody awesome coffee! He had great service and was very kind! Avo on Toast was exceptional as well! See less

Arrived after a nice walk and a recommendation from a friend to have breakfast here. I ordered a bacon and egg roll that came with 2 fried eggs. I asked for scrambled eggs instead thinking this was a reasonable request, only to have the staff member tell me "I'm sorry we cannot give you scrambled eggs, it only comes with fried eggs" . Not sure how cooking scrambled eggs (which is on the menu in other options) is any harder than frying 2 eggs. I would have thought any hospitality business would be crying out for new customers. The Pandemic has not done this business well. First return and the food had hair in it - take away so no chance of return. Coffee was terrible: watery and burnt. Should have known, fresh milk directly next to and on coffee machine, not cleaning the portafilter fully - can't end well. Hopefully the management takes some time to reassess to compete with better places in the area. See less

Quite lovely place in a residential/office area. Has got a good solid selection of breakfast/ brunch options, with vegetarian choices too. Otherwise has got excellent coffee which seems to be favoured by a lot of the local workers with single origin choices. The staff are extremely friendly and service is swift. See less

HUGE SERVING of the Pulled Pork Benedict - you do not need sides! However ... I’m glad I ordered a side of Croquets as they were the only thing on the plate that were half enjoyable. The Pork was super dry, like leftover roast pork from a few days ago dry, and the bread was soggy as the eggs were full of water which makes $19 pretty pricey. The coffee and service was excellent though, so 2 stars for that. Would come back to give it another shot just for the Coffee. See less

Visited twice last weekend and was really pleased with the quality of food and coffee as well as the service from all staff we encountered. Loved the Little Bird take on Eggs Benedict - such a generous meal for $19. Got a great seat in the sun for Sunday brunch and it was a nice to have the option to eat outside on such a lovely day. Wouldn't hesitate to come back next time we're passing through Canberra. See less

Wonderful consistent and large breakfast. Very friend and clever staff. They pay attention to each customer and recognize when you return. I had only been once before and she remember my coffee choice. Hopefully I can come back soon. See less

They make their own crumpets!! Good quick service and delicious food but can’t rave about the coffee. Glad Little Bird is open until 2pm on a Sunday for a late lunch/all day breakfast on the weekend. See less

Super fast and friendly service, could not fault our delicious sizeable brunches ❤ only problem was that the menu was too full of great choices... We'll just have to come back 😉 sweet corn fritters with salmon and beetroot hummus as well as field mushrooms were on our menu, with house made lemonade and cold brew, definitely hit the spot See less
