Great Malaysian food.. Quite long wait for food due to many customers ordering around samd time... The durian cendul desert was very authentic. The satay meat flavour was good but didn't like the inconvenience of having to remove the burnt parts while eating. The satay source taste good but seemed on the watery side with more oil than nuts.. Thoroughly enjoyed the authentic nyonya food. We ordered the laksa, sambal fried rice, and buah keluak chicken fried rice. For dessert we had cendol and blue sago. We then ended our lunch with Malaysian coffee and teh tarik. Everything was delicious and service was fantastic. No complaints whatsoever and highly recommended. See less

Food is tasty but small serves. Not sure if squid/prawns are from Australia as I forgot to ask. Ice kachang initially was melted so sent it back and new one was white inside and looked different from the other tables. Tried to tell the chef but it was not taken well. See less

Had a great meal for lunch today. Very well priced and very tasty. The food came out very quickly and there was no complaints from anyone at the table. I would highly recommend Little Nyonya Kitchen to friends and family, and anyone who is around the Canningvale area. As someone who is on the keto diet, the menu was accommodating, though if you follow this diet you may have to make some exceptions to eating a few more carbs then you normally would. But I would still highly recommend this restraunt anyway. See less

Hidden gem in Canning Vale. Couldn't choose whether to have rice or noodles for the first visit. End up ordering their Mee Hoon Siam (wet soup noodles) and iced soy bean with Pandan and grass jelly drink. Rich spiced flavours ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ so good. Great service and free parking. See less

This restaurant always makes such amazing Nyonya cuisine - not your standard Malaysian fair and worth the trek - standouts are the Otak Otak, Assam Barramundi, Chicken Rendang, Chicken Ponpei and the blue sago dessert. See less

this was so good and the food was just wonderful. The flavours were so authentic and nice. The staff were helpful even they were very busy. Make sure to come earlyish because the place is very busy. We had the nasi lemak, mee siam and the Indonesian black rice which were all amazing. There were tons of locals so it is definitely a hidden gem. Travelled 30km and was not disappointed. Definitely returning soon :) See less

First visit to this restaurant - We went as a group of 6. Call them up and made a reservation as it was a small place nothing posh. One of your neighbourhood go to places for hearty food. We all had different dish each so that we could try the flavors. It was divine. All the food was really tasty. My favorite Cendol durian was really yummy - comes in a small bowl but it's almost double the size. I even take away their blue sago. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. See less

Home cooked flavour at its best. Delicious malaysian nyonya food. They have small numbers of outside seats. They are happy to accommodate my dog as well. See less

Went for lunch & ordered their lunch sets. The nice waitress did hint the portion size will not be a lot but we ordered 4 sets of different food to give it a go. We are all pleasantly surprised with the taste & it's also fairly spicy which we loved it (an enjoyment especially in cold winter). You will not be disappointed with the food as its flavorsome. But probably have to order the dishes individually rather than a lunch set to have a bigger portion. Only downside is the food is on the slightly pricey side. However if I'm judging from the taste point of view, I'll say it's worth every cent. See less

Very friendly staff and flavoursome food. It is in an industrial area but your GPS will get you there. We have been back on 2 occasion and hasn't disappointed us yet. But I do think their prices are on the high side. For an occasional treat is fine. For example their Beef Rendang is $25...Prawn dishes are $22 etc... Putting portion size in perspective, not taking away the delicious food...it is on the pricey side. Give it go and decide for yourselves. See less

Drove a long way from home and I must say the food was a little disappointing. Restaurant is small, quite run down, stuffy and renovation was non existentX We ordered the Nyonya Laksa and Nyonya fried rice with Petai (a type of bean). The Laksa presentation was good, generous serving of mee hoon and noodles, some fish cake and 2 small shrimp. It was quite fragrant but unfortunately taste wise, it is bland, almost tasteless. It was like watery curry noodles and I donโ€™t think Nyonya Laksa is suppose to be like that. The Fried rice with Petai was really disappointing - Petai portion was pathetic and 3 small pieces of chicken. Presentation was bad, it wasnโ€™t worth $14.90. The saving grace was their desserts - blue sago with coconut milk and gula melaka and chendol was excellent. Food was 2 star and dessert was 4 star so I am awarding 3 stars. I will come back to try their dishes such as eggplant, okra, cincalok omelette, etc for dinner sometime later and review them as it seems like those dishes have received very good feedback. See less
