Have visited here 3 times in the last month or so & every visit has been fantastic. The manager/owner is amazing, he always goes above & beyond, so friendly, helpful & amazing with the kids. Had our sons birthday party there today. Everyone was super helpful, as it was a last minute booking, and so friendly. The male employee you had working the train is truly an asset to your business. All the children really loved the train ride, even the younger ones who were a bit nervous at first. All the adults agreed that it was the highlight of the party. Will definitely be back, and recommend to others. See less

My 2.5 year old daughter managed to make it out into the car park with another family. I was there with my 2 kids. I was running after one while the other went in the other direction. I can't physically be in 2 places at once. In the time it took to get my son....she was gone. I am just so lucky that the family she walked out with were nice people and brang her back. She could have been hit by a car or taken by the people she left with. I spoke to one of the owners. I explained I wasn't trying to have a massive go or be horrible but thought they really needed to implement something like Lollipops Play Cafe at Golden Grove were your child gets a number sticker and you get a matching one so nobody else can leave with your child. I said the whole idea of a play cafe is being able to relax and not worry where your child is. One of her responses was to say 'I'm a parent too...and I watch my kids...you know what I mean'. Suffice to say I will not be going back till it changes!!!! See less

Great price, great fun for the kids. However the playground is starting to fall apart a little bit, lots of areas now blocked off. Train ride is awesome for the kids but it's very short, and they only get to go around once. Staff are friendly but don't seem to be very focused on making sure the kids have a good time. See less

The children loved this huge playspace. So many different types of play encouraged, areas for toddlers and the more adventurous. Bright colours, laughing children, some breathless from activity. Families can be seated at tables and enjoy food, drink and treats from the cafe. There are party rooms, a train and an upstairs game room. A few Disability Parks and restroom, entrance wheelchair accessible. See less

Pretty good not as big as some of the indoor playgrounds like funtopia but still lots of fun for the kids. $7 during the week and $9 on weekends for the young ones with no time limit is pretty good aswel. They also have a train ride that's $3 and runs 10am 12pm 2pm and 4pm older kids are around $12 entry adults free of course See less

I've been here a couple of times now. My twin 2 year olds and 10 year old love going here. They have really friendly staff, good food, great coffee and plenty of space for you to seat and relax while the kids are off playing in the 3 story play gym. Even big enough for the big kids of us to go around with the little ones 😊. See less
