A nice local Thai restaurant offers both dinning and takeaway options in Gungahlin! We’ve recently visited them again and still really enjoyed the food and dessert they offered. They have non traditional fried rice paper rolls dishes on special, which we really like it. We also ordered grilled prawns and chicken minces with basil - both were delicious and great to have with rices! The dessert - black sticky rices with coconut ice cream is highly recommend, very flavourful. We would visit again! See less

Very quick service. Pad Thai nice, but lacking chicken. The noodles are different to what I have seen in other Pad Thai dishes. The spring rolls were unusual. But quick service so will be back to try other dishes! See less

Great people providing the service, the food was excellent - fresh and flavoursome, we ordered our Thai fried rice spicy and it was great. There is so much to choose from on the menu we will have to make it a regular to check everything out. I would highly recommend coming here. See less

Fast service - in house and delivered. Excellent food. Friendly staff. But don’t ask them to make any adjustments to menu items due to special dietary needs, because they no speak English then. I guess it would ruin their mojo, which one can understand. See less

Must try their Satay chicken (entree) and fried rice (mains) for sure. Dinning is nice and staff were very helpful and polite. I recommend trying coconut juice as well. U get to taste real coconut pieces dipped in that juice. Although I wish juice could be bit more sweeter, may be It's just me being sweet tooth. Well, first drink the juice and then the food for better results. See less

Ordered for delivery a selection of curries including Panang, Red and Green with Ginger & Cashew Nuts with Thai special fried rice, coconut rice and Jasmine rice with mixed vegetables. Amazing, fresh and traditional flavours. Delicious subtlety of spice and delicate coconut rice that wasn't too sweet. Highly recommend. See less

Delicious Thai food, probably the best in Canberra. Fresh, zesty and spicy, not sweet and heavy like most other Thai places. Crying tiger beef salad, any of the soft shell crab dishes (there's about 3 that are all good - the menu is huge), and the homemade coconut icecream with black sticky rice are all moist as. Never had takeaway, always dined in, the place is cosy and relaxed and great value for money. See less

Ordered Tom yum soup for 10.90 each and this is what the restaurant has given . Pretty Smallest size containers for tom yum soup i found anywhere and hence compared with a cup. Returned the order but the store hasnt even returned the amount. Please Check the photos and decide yourself if its worth. See less

Comfy atmosphere to enjoy Thai food in Gungahlin. Variety of dishes to order for dinning in or takeaway. Service was quick, friendly with smiles. The house specialties were delicious, from entrees to pad Thai, curries and desserts. The deep fried barramundi was a highlight. We wanted to try more dishes, so ordered them to take away. See less

The best Thai place in Gungahlin! First time we've tried Little Siam was when we moved to Gungahlin in the middle of the hard lockdown in Canberra. They are one of the few establishments back then that are available for takeaways. When restrictions get eased, we made sure we'll get a chance to dine in and that has continued until now. Our favourites are their Pud (Pad) Thai (we always make sure we get a Pad Thai every time we visit a Thai restaurant), Pineapple Fried Rice, Pud Se (Pad See) Ew, Mussamun (Massaman) Beef Curry, Soft Shell Crab (written on the board at the restaurant) and the Pork Belly (last time, this dish was posted on printed photos inside the restaurant). Eating at a Thai restaurant will not be complete for us without a Thai Iced Tea with Condensed Milk (simply their Thai Milk Tea–ordering it at a Thai restaurant is always a good choice as it has this authentic taste) or getting a glass of Young Coconut Juice. For the desserts, we both tried (and we like) the Deep Fried Banana served with Vanilla Ice Cream and their Mango Sticky Rice. They also provide good service to their customers. See less
