I have been going to Little Sparrow Plenty Valley Westfield for close to 12 months now.I have found the staff are always happy to serve myself and others as to our requirements.The food is always fresh and tasty. The coffee and other hot or cold drinks are always on hand.The staff are friendly and always happy to serve you.I will be back there as often as I can make it. See less

Great staff, great owner, great coffee, great service, I asked if I could have my coffee hotter. Nisha the owner was very helpful, she told me that I should ask for very, very, hot coffee. She then made one for me. Excellent and yes very hot. By the way good food too. See less

Little Sparrow have cute and friendly staff (absolutely adore the tall, dark curly haired lady, she's absitely lovely and so charismatic!) And best of all, ace coffee. A local Melbourne gem, little sparrow is well known in the city community and I was so excited to have it reach a more "rural" suburb! The food is delicious, dessert selection is unreal, and it was a pleasant experience in combination with staff interaction. Price was reasonable for what we received. There is limited lunch options due to size of location and limited seating, you're in competition with other Westfield locals because of how delicious, easy, and Melbournian this place is! See less
