Very bad service ,arrogant and rude! Will not go there inthe future!Not recommended at all. Food ordered over the phone, told pick up time, went there on time, told to wait for 2 minutes, still not ready yet, was told either to wait or go somewhere else, waited, wouldn't want to give the food when I wanting to pay, was told I'm rude when I wasn't! I think they don't care abt customer care and losing one customer wouldn't impact on their business.I won't recommend at all as if we re dependent on them !Completely wrong explanation! See less

Whenever we ordered, everything has been good and no issues with it. Yesterday we ordered gozleme and found sand in the spinach which was unable to chew so that's why I have given 4 stars. They should make sure that they wash spinach thoroughly before cooking. See less

Kebabs have a decent amount of filling and are certainly value for money. Staff don't say much, it's more so get in and get out kind of deal for me. The snack packs are good, good chips, Turkish pizza is fresh and tasty. I rate them if you're in the area. See less

Great service, the man I spoke to knew exactly what ingredients were in all his salads and dips, so could tell everything is made fresh. Very reasonable prices for the quantity of food. Really impressed 👍 See less

Good food for great value but the store is terribly unorganized. They gave my order to someone else and I stood around waiting for 30 extra minutes with no compensation. They were very busy but just having everyone wait standing around the counter makes it very hard to get any service. See less

There were a lot of workers given it was a Saturday night, but it was evident there was generation gaps which I 100% support but i could see the younger ones fluster not asking the manager for help and the manager trying to ask, an very calmly what happened so they could fix together and the older ones stay in their section an watch chaos. there needs to be more communication between the staff. Even though I called for my order, thought I’d be late to find my order was still getting made, which is fine sometimes it happens though what I wasn’t happy with was seeing my pide put on the bench until the rest of my food was cooked it sat there for 15 minutes minimum. Wondering why they didn’t just leave it on top of the over to keep it warm. By the time the food was ready and went home my pide was cold the spring rolls were soggy. all in all when paying a fare amount of money this was disappointing. 1 Star because I enjoy the rice and a chicken skewer See less

Abysmal service. Order was totally wrong. I called to advise and was told it was my fault...apparently I ordered my own dinner for my family completely wrong!?!?!. As part of my order I asked for a snack pack with the garlic sauce with an extra sauce on the side. Received no sauce on the snack pack and nothing extra either. As above, I called and was told they would do nothing to fix THEIR mistake and told me it was me who ordered it wrong. I can't see how I was wrong when I asked for sauce on the snack pack and then extra on the side. WHAT A FOOL I AM!!!!! Food was super dry...like it had been out for way too long. Serving size of pide is getting smaller, with limited ingredients inside and flavourless. Wouldn't recommend if you wanted to feed you family. See less

Generally great food and great service but this time I was extremely disappointed. Had to wait for 2 snack packs for 20 minutes. Staff seemed to be passing the work to each other. 5 people came and ordered after me and left. Reluctantly had to ask what's going on. Food is great no doubt.
