What a fabulous restaurant this is in the heart of Orange. It was indeed as good as top restaurants in Melbourne and Sydney. Wonderful ambience and lighting and the noise of others didn’t bother us as it had good acoustics. I loved the paintings on the wall. But the food was truly fabulous. We had the oysters, venison, trout and you simply must try the deserts. They are amazing. All in all a wonderful experience and well done to the owners and chefs. See less

On a public holiday weekend, Cindy was amazing in fitting us in for a table as walk ins.nnThe food.. next level! The soufflé, venison and peanut butter parfait were sensational. Hands down the best restaurant in Orange. This place is exceptional. We are so lucky to have restaurants of this high standard in country towns in Australia. If you close your eyes and open them again you could be in Paris. A truly unique experience in Orange. The staff are wonderful and very attentive, and the food is absolutely magnificent. A real treat for your partner or special someone for a special occasion! See less

Return visitor, entrees fantastic but a little cold but the issue was that they forgot a main but didn't admit it. When the meal arrived the serving was smaller than the same meal that my colleagues received. Appreciate that didn't charge for the 3 coffees but the late meal was worth a lot more than the coffees. To top it off no regular tea available only camomile or green tea. See less

My wife and I went here twice: the first time on the Thursday before Easter for dinner and then, because this restaurant is sooo good, we went back on Saturday for dessert. One of the best restaurants I’ve been to. The atmosphere is casual with quirky charm. Wait staff are excellent and make you feel very welcome. Wine list is interesting with lots of good choices. However, the best thing is the food, which is made with love and care. Amazing flavors and textures and beautifully plated. While on the expensive side, this restaurant is worth every penny! See less
