To the girl with the long, fake eyelashes that was working on the 12th of March at 7PM, your service towards customers was disgusting. Telling customers off and refusing to make their orders is wrong, I was shocked at your behaviour. It took over 30 mins to complete a simple order that was cold and clearly rushed. I will not be returning back. Management, please re-consider your staff. Or just quit girl. See less

Seriously you need to train your staff in customer service for improvement, ordered doughnuts (a few days back) and coffee , for coffee milk was finished she took 20mins went to Foodworks to buy milk no urgency as I had already placed the order so kept waiting, then with the doughnuts when came home and opened the box there were 8 instead of 10 ..... Donuts weren't made fresh as they were dry and chewy. Jam flavour was good and the bueno was average, pretty sure we were short changed a couple of balls too. The only redeeming thing was the coffee and lemon drink which were great. See less

Excellent, found this place by chance and very happy we did. Lukumades were made there and then, fresh, made perfect, milkshakes are also excellent. Highly recommend, will definitely be back for more and more. See less

Some flavours are really delicious when fresh and others a letdown and overkill. For example the strawberry jam ones were so filled with jam that it felt like just eating spoonfuls of jam, couldn't taste anything else, neither me nor my partner could eat them. Sometimes the flavourings are way too overloaded and kill the taste of the doughnut itself and sometimes they are just right. On the other hand the honey and cinnamon original flavour was great! A bit of a hit and miss... a good concept that needs to fine tune the details/ratios in my opinion See less

Average. I’d rather go Spanish donuts in Victoria market. Can’t wait for the night market to start again. Far more entertaining, than gangsta music with swearing that was so inappropriate for my daughter to listen to. While we were waiting for her doughnuts. Managers should be wise when making music choices where families will be waiting for their desert!!!! See less
