Phenomenally terrible service. Partner ordered through Menulog. Took 1.5 hours for food to be delivered & it was the wrong order. Owner called to apologise but told him that next time he comes to store he’ll be given free replacement food. So do they expect him to go hungry then after waiting for 1.5hours?? Please use common sense, if you want to offer replacement then do it immediately because people want to eat right there & then!
Additionally, the receipt attached on the wrong order was dated 23 May, the order date was 25 May & their excuse was Menulog glitch. Was it Menulog glitch that they purposely delivered a food that was probably made 2 days ago?!
