Have always had a very good opinion of mad mex. I’ve eaten there almost weekly for a couple of years now, and I rarely have an issue. Today I had the first minor issue on a burrito and took it back for a refund. The owner I assume, helped me through it all, very genuine guy, could see the store had a hard day and he still had a smile on his face. Without hesitation refunded me and gave me a free drink before I left. Will be returning here regardless of a small issue one time. Good store. See less

Closed at 3.30pm today. Google says open till 6pm. Shame the place is in a Westfield food hall all the other places are open, and lots of people eating. This is the fourth time it’s happened to me. Staff are packing away the food probably throwing some of it in the bin. Would be great if they could stay open for longer. They are always the first place to close. Shame cause they have some nice food and choices. The only Mexican in the Mall. See less

Worst customer service! The guy with the curly hair was so rude and very unhelpful when I was trying to work out what to order. I was about to walk away until another staff member stepped in and helped me and took me order. The way I was treated was a real turn off, won’t be back in a hurry. See less

Such terrible customer service. Every time there's problems.. o they charge different depending in who is on the till or they give you same amount of food for small tray as for regular. And then argue with customer making them feel they are wrong when they come every fkn day to order the EXACT same thing. Seriously guys! Poor poor customer service!! You've just lost a regular customer that works in the same mall! No words to explain how bad you made me feel! See less

I had the best customer service today by Ice, i wasn't really sure what i wanted but Ice helped me decide on what to get. Being from Mexico he really knew his stuff! After a short education I ordered a Beef burrito which was delicious and very filling. The portion size was huge the food tasted fresh and was the perfect temperature. I was really satisfied and will return to order again. The menu was really good and had a great variety for vegetarians too. I think i'll try the chicken next and i'm sure it will be just as good as the beef. Thanks very much from a very fulfilled customer. :-) See less

I was there on monday for lunch, It was very busy and while one person was at the register, the guy with the dark shirt was preparing all the meals by himself in a very fast pace dispatching all the customers. The food was being served quickly and I had the best nachos. Today I was there again and the service is constantly great. I would highly recommend this place See less

Bad attitude, bad food, bad experience. I asked the sour manager how much the vegetarian chicken burrito was and it said look at the board (it wasn't on there). I gave most of my burrito to the birds. Even they left it. It was a cold soggy mess. My partner's nachos were also cold, bland and uninviting. Only half of it was warm. Probly one of the most dissappointing meals ive ever been seeved. Had the nachos. I dont think they could have presented it with amy less care. Slopped a bunch of pre prepared slush on a cardboard dish. Not so much as a smile. Do people really ever go back to a place like that. My gf had a vegan chicken wrap and was similarly underwhelmed. Wont be going back. Filling a plate quickly and taking ur money in the same manner is all they seem interested in. See less

I’m a huge fan of Mad Mex food... but today I refused to get food from Mad Mex Warringah mall because of the attitude of the manager (I think his name sounded something like “Ice” or something along those lines?). He was so incredibly rude and unfriendly when I asked a question about the food (I’m pregnant so just wanted to check). Mad Mex team you need to have higher standards for your managers and customer service, this man was all ego and no form of friendliness or helpfulness. The rest of the staff seemed very friendly but this man needs a serious lesson on how to be helpful to customers or let him go. See less
